DESERVES 10 STARS, MAIN REASON FOR RETURNING HERE IS MANAGEMENT, newly remodeled (still no public bathrooms), CUSTOMER SERVICE you cannot find nowdays; example after cashing my paycheck about 2 weeks ago i ran some errands, ate showered and dropped off my laundry for service (same day service always offered and is a plus), only after about an hour into my afternoon i realize my money was now at the helm of the laundry in a not so great part of town (previously years and years ago homeless were employed here under old owner and manager and it was not a positive environment) ready to be put thru the wash and probably unable to recuperate as i panic, retrieve number for the store and make contact with the manager, all of my fears were met with assurity that the pockets of my pants had been checked before they were washed and that my money $1000.00 plus had been safely stowed away for my retreival, I was impressed, good help is really hard to find, let alone honest, compassionate about customers and the actual job itself, always going ABOVE AND BEYOND JOB REQUIREMENTS and going the extra mile, expecting nothing in return, I cant say or show my gratitude to this beautiful young lady who has a difficult shoe to fill and yet time after time day after day hours upon hours does it with such poise and grace, as long as she is there to service my yuck stinky work socks and take time to iron my uniform my business will remain here, even after the not so great area or previous experience. read more

Their pick up and drop off times are in the middle of the day, so unless you work from home, your items will be sitting outside for hours. Oh & good luck getting all your things back in good shape! They begin picking up clothes at 9 am, and in my case, that meant my clothes were sitting outside in the rain for 5.5 hours. Someone finally came by at around 2pm to pick up my clothes after I called and begged someone to grab them. Then they came around 3:30p the next day to drop everything off. The place is clean. Instructions are easy to find. The gal working the desk explained what to expect when using the debt card. Expect $14 to come out immediately. What isn't used from all the swipes is credited back in a few days. Seems very odd. .. but okay. A bit on the pricey side, but I knew that walking in. I was really excited about this service. As someone with a family of 4, being able to send out our clothes would have saved me a lot of time per week. I decided to try them out a few times when our dryer broke down. Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. When I had my very first batch returned, I realized I was missing the top to a new set of pajamas I had just procured a few weeks prior. I received the shorts back but no top. I don't wear them separately and I don't launder them separately so I know they were sent together. I promptly emailed customer service and included a photo of the shorts part I did receive back so they would know the pattern and color of the matching top. After communicating via email with several different people I finally got a call from Catrina who was initially very nice about it. I described the top and the situation and she said she would look around for it and even mentioned she had a white halter she'd found. Then she spent 10 minutes telling me a story about how they'd lost something once and and upon emailing around to return it a former customer cursed her out. She asked me how much the set was and I told her the entire set was only about $15 to which she replied "Of course you'd want to replace the entire set." She said to make it right if she didn't find it she would credit me $25 for my time to go and get a replacement set. She was going to text me the next morning after reviewing the shorts photo I sent to let me know about checking the other top. At this point I was really impressed because I thought this was excellent customer service. I even went home and told my husband how nice they had been. I WAS WRONG. I didn't hear from her the following morning so I followed up and asked her about the white top she'd mentioned. She said she didn't find anything that looked like mine but would put a $15 credit on my account. I reminded her yesterday she'd said $25 (not what I asked for but it was offered) and never got a reply. Several days later I received an email from someone named Kathy asking why I had a photo of the item if they had lost it. I explained (again) the shorts came back but the top didn't and I sent the photo to help show the pattern of the top. I told her I'd spoken with several other people and no one had found it but Katrina had told me I'd get a $25 credit. No response. I followed up today with Catrina and it was a complete 180. She said she was under the impression I had lost the entire set (not true) and that I said I'd lost other items (again, not true). That because they were not at fault at all I would not receive any credit. I was actually really shocked - it was like speaking to a different person and maybe I was - who will ever know? When I replied this was contradictory to what she'd told me and I didn't ask for the credit SHE was the one who offered it she said it she'd said previously I would only get that if they were at fault and they'd never found the top, never lost anything before and were all of a sudden sure I never sent it in (again, not true). The irony is, two posts down is an account of someone losing an item as well as the one she told me the story about, plus the white top that could have been mine but wasn't. If it wasn't mine it obviously was lost by someone else. Also, none of this means they didn't send it home with another client by mistake. In the end, I told her they'd lost a customer she could tell someone else about and fortunately my credit card company was excellent about making sure to protect me from companies that were dishonest so I will take it up with the disputes center from there. Just sad companies these days don't do the right thing on their own. I tried to put this on the BBB but conveniently they don't have an account (surprise). Decent sized dryer is .50 but you only get 10 minutes. At first I was appaled because I assumed it would take 50 minutes Like a standard dryer, I ended up shelling out for an extra 10 minutes and my clothes were bone dry. All in all it was still a great deal concidering the size of the equipment, one load in a big washer and dryer cost me $4.25. It would have been 3 loads at my complex and cost around $9.75. No way!! The owner is a complete jerk. I started to go in there because the girls that work for her were really nice and accommodating. Then I had to go in today when she was there and she really should stay home and allow other people to run her business. I probably had about $500 worth of laundry and the other girls were so nice and made me feel comfortable and told me it was no big deal to bring it in and then when I brought it in the girl acted so inconvenienced and was basically rushing me because she had to get home to her kids with complete disregard that mine were in the car also. I had loaded up so much laundry and had drove 30 minutes to get there to be turned away. Could be a really great place if you can catch it on the day when the owner is not there. Unless you want to sort the laundry exactly to her liking and bag everything up and count every single thing you have I would just save the time and go somewhere else there are plenty other places that are better. Laundry615 was a serious lifesaver! I work a lot and work weird hours, so using my apartment complex's community laundry room just became more and more of a hassle because it's at least an hour and a half process per load, and sometimes I would have to do more than one load with just one washer/dryer available. With Laundry615, I just had to put my laundry out in the morning and it was returned to me the next day fresh, folded/hung up (which I think was the best part. Ok. I actually own a washing machine and dryer but when I comes to washing comforters having them dry cleaned with all those smelly chemicals makes me sick especially if it's the kids bedding. So here I am and boy am I glad I did! This place is amazing! It has these ginormous machines that took a king size, two twin and one full size comforter in one machine!! The attendant lady was extremely helpful and even poured the detergent and softener for me! And the best part.... It takes credit cards!! Right on the machine!! I drove 15 minutes to go to this coin laundry and it was well worth it. I had only done my laundry at a laundromat a few times before so I asked the attendant for help. She was great and walked me through the whole process. I love that Harding Place has Wifi, free popcorn and some machines that take credit card! Also a machine with dryer sheets , bleach , and other laundry products in case you forgot yours . A couple of tvs for a little entertainment while waiting , free popcorn and coffee up front . The coin machines work, the washers are powerful and the parking lot is easy access. This place is great if you're in a hurry. I was in and out with 3 loads- 2 small and 1 medium within an hour. However, the smallest washers start at $3 and the smallest dryers start at 25 cents for 6 minutes. Half the machines weren't in working order. There is one TV at the back but it blasts the Spanish channel. I can say it was fairly clean thanks to the attendant but the people that are in there to wash their clothes are fairly rude. There were quite a few children in there just running around and getting in everyone's way. Watch out for the homeless people wandering around outside and the fact that it's almost in the ghetto. read more

The only issue I have with them is they will NOT accept the internet specials unless you print it off and hand it in as paper, if you're showing them on your phone and asking them to validate their internet special they won't - EVEN THOUGH IT DOESNT MENTION THAT ON THEIR WEBSITE. I believe that is very unfair... I never had an issue w any of the Hispanic individuals that are in management positions there, the person that wouldn't validate the internet special because it wasn't printed off was a older white lady. read more

This includes those that vend laundry detergent, supplies, etc. While you can purchase laundry supplies from the customer service desk you have to pay for them with cash. So your washing machines accept credit and debit but you don't?! C'mon this place is supposed to be CONVENIENT! Upon my last visit to Brentwood; (my son lives in Brentwood with a roommate) I suggested they bring their clothing there as they had quite a lot of laundry. Being young hipster guys they each located a groupon.to reduce their cost. They dropped their laundry and explained that it was 2 orders and 2 groupons. Let me tell you folks, it was $13.00 savings off $84.00 order no big deal. I offered to help my son pick up the order as his roommate was at work. There was a different clerk working, she proclaimed she was the manager and she would not honor 2 groupons for 1 order. I could understand that with the exception the previous clerk said it was not a problem it was fine on 1 ticket. Obviously she was mistaken. In any event the "manager" Catrina M.was outrageously rude. She would not let me get a word in, she shouted at my son "HOW OLD ARE YOU ANYWAY that you need your momma here" I was in shock.
