Sometimes a place has an excellent reputation but sits on its laurels and loses the excellence that…read morebuilt that reputation. I'm leaving this review because our experience at this upscale all inclusive resort was wildly inconsistent. The property is beautiful and the staff is kind, but the level of miscommunication and operational confusion was unlike anything I've experienced at this price point. A few of the major issues: * Serious health risk: The boxed lunches on our first days were unsafe for my diabetic brother and put him at risk of diabetic shock. These were the only meals available due to our scheduled activities. * Two different planners, both incorrect: * A "featured" restaurant they offered was actually closed. * We were booked for an activity that doesn't start for another two weeks. * The sky lift was presented as available but wasn't open. * Hot air balloon miscommunication: * The time we were given was wrong. * The balloon company had no record of our reservation. * We would have missed it entirely if I hadn't reconfirmed repeatedly. * Itinerary changes without notice: * Our schedule was altered multiple times without anyone informing us. * Another guest in the lobby was having the exact same issues. There were many more problems beyond these. They did tell us an employee had sabotaged their system, but it would be impossible for that one person to have caused everything we experienced. Bottom line: We had a good time, and the place itself is beautiful. But when you compare the price to the actual experience, I could not justify the stay.

We opted for the full day (6 hour) private ride. Experiencing Yellowstone National Park on horseback was EPIC! If you're the adventurous type and are not afraid of heights, I suggest you advise them. The sights you see when you leave your fears behind are absolutely breathtaking. The beauty of the park was awe-inspiring, the fresh air was much needed and getting relatively close to wild life in their environment was spectacular. Our guide's name was Mike and he was awesome! We learned so much. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We can't wait to come back and visit again. Side Note: I do suggest you find a bathroom before meeting your guide. You're riding straight into the park where only nature exits. If you think you'll need to answer natures call, take paper and a ziplock bag. Take at least one layer of clothing (even on a hot day) and use sunscreen. Stay hydrated and ENJOY!

The rooms were clean and inviting and had multiple living spaces which was great for a large group! The dining area let in beautiful morning light and was spacious (pictured below) making it easy for us all to dine together. Jody was amazing and made the whole experience special; we wanted for nothing. Would highly recommend this place for whatever your purpose is, a great way to experience a beautiful area.
