In the interest of responsible art sales, they have a 30-day refund policy and 5-year trade-in policy on much of their collection. I've purchased a few items from his gallery over the years including a Woodpecker door knocker that still makes me smile every time I see it. This time I returned to purchase a vintage poster for a friend and was happy to see that he still carries the line. They didn't have the particular poster I wanted in stock so he told me it was no problem at all and that he'd contact the artist and have it shipped directly to my home in Oregon. Bonus - no sales tax! When I was leaving, he said, "Thanks for stopping by my home, come back any time."
