He collected 650.00 and we still have no clue what's failing on our system because he didn't actually inspect it. We called asking that he come complete the entire inspection since he was paid to do so and we need to figure out where it's failing he screamed and hung up on me. Now we are filing a complaint with the board of health and are stuck paying someone else to come perform a complete inspection.
