Throughout the entire process, he was communicative, respectful, and happy to answer questions and explain anything. And I ask lots of questions. Something notable which set him apart from others I've used in the past, outside of the exceptional quality of the work, is the cleanliness and respect to my home. He spent about a half hour each day just cleaning up the surrounding areas and footpaths ensuring they were just as they were when he arrived. It's a small detail but has a tremendous impact and really demonstrates the care put into the job. As mentioned, the tile work was incredible and came out better than I expected. We found Brian through the realtor who sold us our house. She said he did an amazing job on her…read morebrother in laws cabinets. We wanted to refinish the cabinets in our new house- the previous paint job was horrible. Every time I opened the cabinet doors/ paint chips would peel off. Brian's shop is located in a random looking lot but once you meet him, you can see that he and his workers take great care in their work. The process was seamless. Brian gave us a tour of the shop and color samples to choose from-- never pushed a sale. We set a date for his guys to come and remove all of my cabinets (took 2 hours.)Then they refinished the cabinets offsite and brought them back about 6 weeks later (I was without cabinet doors for 6 weeks.) The re-install took about 7 hours/ they also painted the cabinet boxes-- so I was only without use of my kitchen for 1 day. They covered up all of my walls and furniture/ sealed off the kitchen to contain the mess. There was some residual dust and it is smelly/ the paint but overall they did a fantastic job. My cabinets look fresh and brand new. And it costs $5300 vs. replacing my whole kitchen. I would highly recommend Brian's company to anyone who wants to salvage/refurbish their cabinets! Great workmanship, reliable and nice guys.

Excellent Quality, Fair Priced, Great Communication and Problem Solving…read moreI wanted to renovate my daughter's bathroom but keep the existing vanity, toilet and tub/shower. The existing bathroom walls were water damaged with chair rail and bead board running halfway up the sides. They walls needed to be primed, plastered and painted after the chair rail and bead board were removed, a piece added to fill the gap where the vanity did not flushly meet the wall and new bullnose tiles installed where the shower/tub met the wall. Also there was a second door from the hallway into the bathroom that I wanted removed. It was sheet rocked inside the bathroom and the hall wall side matched to the elaborate molding that ran along the bottom half. The guys had to build the molding from scratch because it is no longer manufactured..The finished hallway wall looks as though it has always been there,!!! And the bathroom itself, looks roomier, bright and fresh without the chair rail and beadboard. The guys came to work promptly every morning, cleaned up every night before they left, used drop cloths and plastic sheets to protect the rest of the house. They consulted me every step of the way as they built new molding from scratch, planned out how to fill the gap and checking to make sure I was happy with the result- WHICH I WAS. Frank and Justin, the project managers, were extremely responsive to my concerns and the two on site guys were GREAT. I whole heartedly recommend Prestige for any construction project, small or big , you might be considering.
