At the beginning of our kitchen renovation, we reviewed several options for our cabinets, hardware, countertops, etc. Dominick Coppola of Gallo Rosso Kitchen Designs was introduced to us by Dan Bogler of Island Homecraft. Dominick took the time to meet with us multiple times to review our kitchen design, review the various cabinet, hardware, and countertop options, and determine the final design of our kitchen project. He was even willing to meet with us on a Sunday morning to accommodate our schedules. In terms of cost, the proposal was reasonable given the scope of our project.
Once we decided to hire Dan and Dominick to handle our kitchen renovation, they memorialized everything we discussed in an easy to understand written contract. In addition, we were left with a clear timeline, an understanding of what materials were being provided, and what materials we needed to purchase.
During our kitchen renovation, Dominick stopped by several times to make sure all of the materials ordered were exactly what we expected. When one of the cabinets arrived with a crack, Dominick immediately ordered a replacement which arrived within a week. He definitely went above and beyond in terms of service!
