I now have a doorless shower that allows my husband to roll into the shower on his chair without a problem. The shower floor was pitched perfectly so that all the shower water was contained within the shower area. Not only is my bathroom safe now - it is also gorgeous! I was so impressed with all the workers' attention to detail and how the 2 week renovation went so smoothly. Marc and his crew knew what needed to be done and they did it to perfection. The salesman representing the builder was terrific and we believed the builder would provide the same great service. After purchasing the home we had several small issues for which we had to follow up several times to have resolved. After being in the house 9 months, our water heater/boiler malfunctioned and we had 2 inches of water in the basement. We needed immediate remediation and hired a company specializing in water clean-up at the cost of $1,000. While the builder repaired the damaged water heater/boiler, he refused to reimburse us for the remediation cost. Just a heads up. Do not expect much in the way of service after you purchase your new home here.

Last year was particularly bad- they missed a leak in the living room ceiling, failed to perform routine tasks like replacing batteries in carbon monoxide detector, and did unauthorized work.
