Gay-Ann would always be 10-15 minutes late for our appointment, even if she wasn't in with another patient. When we were in session, she would often take what I was saying in a completely, unrelated direction to satisfy her own agenda. I also felt she was talking down to me quite often, even though I'm an adult. Incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional! Overall, I recommend going to another therapist.
