Call is answered by an automated service. I waited on hold 10 minutes before an actual person answered the phone to make an appointment. Then I was told I had to show up an hour and a half (90 mins) in advance for an x-ray -she said they don't do the actual x-rays on site so I would have to go through AMI imaging first-conveniently located in their parking lot, while I'm assuming it is also a separate charge. They want to be certain the x-ray is complete and so I have to sit and wait 90 minutes so I don't keep the doctor waiting - what?? What about keeping ME waiting? Or I could drive the 20 miles (one way) days before the appointment for the x-ray, then show up again the day of my actual appointment. Why is it that all of the other ortho offices I called told me they take x-rays on-site without waiting to see the doctor? Does Premier know there are other ortho offices and doctors you can see that won't make you wait on hold, jump through hoops, and be totally frustrated just making an appointment? So glad I found another ortho group with an appointment (sooner) with x-rays on the spot and no additional hours wasted of my life! My issue was already resolved by another ortho group (who was excellent), xrays on the spot, and my Premier appointment was still another week away! read more

After having 2 spinal fusions here and still in pain and asked dr. Smith for help & was turned away like garbage. I was in tears from the pain & she said there's nothing more I can do for you & left me sitting there. So after leaving a negative review about my experience i called again to try to see her for injections & again turned away. This is not professional & my mind is blown that a doctor refuses to help a person begging for help. read more

Premier Physical Therapy -Vineland is the best center in our area. All the therapists are friendly and professional. My therapist, Melissa Olaya, is incredible. She never gives up trying to help. Whatever seems to be the problem, she figures out a solution. She never fails to impress me with her patience and knowledge. read more

I am so thankful for the thorough exam and treatment I received! Dr. Monaghan squeezed me in on the Friday before a holiday weekend but still gave me the care and attention like the appointment had been scheduled for weeks and not squeezed in. Premier treats you as though you are nothing but more $ in their pocket. They schedule extra appts needlessly to bill more, cancel appt you show up for, refuse to see you if you are 2 minutes late and if the all mighty dr. does see you, you'll wait an hour+ for the privilege of 5 minutes of their time. Lastly, at least at Vineland, the counter girl for workman's comp is extremely smug and rude. I guess that's fitting for this place. Let's start with the front desk staff are rude & make fun of you while in the process they don't get the proper docs filled out so you don't get the proper meds.. if you have Aetna or cigna the surgeon is outta network so you will get larger bills unless its work comp or something like that..the only reason I'm dealing with this nonsense is to get to the surgeon because although i wasn't told my ins was outta network its too late to find another one because my condition is serious & needs surgery & can't start from scratch & he's the best in this area read more

We went for a second opinion. We were told before we drove over an hour to get there that the dr was thoroughly knowledgeable about her condition. However, that turned out not to be the case. He looked at the xrays. Said we came here for a second opinion so he concurs with her dr at another practice. The dr could not wait for us to leave. It was like he did not like the idea of having to give a second opinion. He seemed annoyed when we asked him some questions. When we got there, all the office staff was doing was talking to each other. They handed us something to fill out which should've been mailed to us or done online.
