But when you have to deal with the the office help, and have to go through the central office to begin with and then say I'll send a message first they are rude don't care they even have the nerve to hang up on you. I DO NOT recommend this office, if something is wrong with you and you want to advocate for yourself. This is not the place. I wouldn't recommend seeing Dr. S. Bulcha. When we first met I believed she was a caring, patient and intelligent physician, however, after months in her care, I realized I was just another insurance payment and that my actual health & mysterious medical condition was just as confusing to me as it was to her. She provided no insight, just a bunch of referrals, that also led to a bunch of dead ends, it's time for me to find a real, qualified and understanding primary care physician that listens and treats their patients accordingly. Her assistant Emma I must say was very attentive and helpful. Since, I've been to Friendly Urgent Care in Northfield for urgent care needs and they are amazing! Same town, right around the corner! Save your time and skip this office if you truly feel there's something going on with your health. WebMD provided me with a more accurate diagnosis than Dr. Bulcha did in months to a year. read more

Dr. Daniel is the ABSOLUTE best!! He listens! He cares! And he's a really good doctor!! I HIGHLY recommend him AND his top notch staff!!!

When you walk into the reception area you are always greeted with a friendly smile and it's gets better and better. Cindy always has a beautiful smile when she comes to bring you back to the treatment room. Ive been a patient of Dr. Cilursu for 15 years and I would follow Dr. Cilursu and her Nurse Cindy to the ends of the Earth. Dr. Cilursu is always up-to-date with all the latest treatments, etc. I also get my lab work done at this location. I make an appointment and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. This practice is about one thing and one thing only...money. They do not care about your health. They try to get you to come back to the office as frequently as possible. I had a back issue and they sent me for X-rays and suggested their preferred X-ray provider, who was out of my insurance network and insisted that I go as soon as possible. The X-ray provider did not indicate that I was out of network and next thing I know, I am getting a bill in the mail, because they said that I need a reference from my primary care. I got the X-ray right after a visit to my primary care, at his urging. His office new I was going to this X-ray provider and did not provide me with a reference. I recently moved to Philadelphia. So my insurance provider changed. On the card my primary care was still listed as Shore Physicians Group. So I thought that this provider was in my network. I go to the office, once again at the doctor's urging, and tell them that I have a new insurance provider and they took my information and told me on my end, there was no change. i saw the doctor for about 2 minutes and all he asked me was how my back felt. I left the office thinking everything, as far as payment was the same as before. A about a week or so later I get a bill for over a $100. My insurance provider indicated that I was billed for this amount because the "healthcare" provider was out of my network. Ultimately, it is on me to verify this before I go to the office, but I was definitely misled by his office that everything was status quo on my end. I felt bilked by this doctor's office and needless to say will never go back. If you are looking for physicians that put your health above money, Shore Physician's Group is not for you. read more

Do not make an appointment with this clinic I wanna going to be a new patient first they make me go through my insurance and have their doctor as my primary and change it on my insurance which was a pain and had to wait for new cards and after waiting for two to three weeks to get a well check appointment for a physical they call and tell me my appointment was canceled because the doctor decided to go "away" and instead of giving me to another doctor In there group they rescheduled her another two weeks out the day of the appointment my mother fell ill and had to go to the hospital when I tried calling they kept me on hold for 5 ten mins at a time I had to keep calling back and then I canceled and they called me back saying I would need to find a new doctor . So they were allowed to inconvenience me due to a vacation and I had an emergency and they would not accommodate me at all or reschedule. I found that very rude and they weren't even concerned with losing a customer or patient. I found this entirely unacceptable. Don't bother going here becauSe if they treat people that way how are they going to care about you as a patient. read more

I recently saw Dr. Perez in EHT but I have also seen Dr. Sood in Northfield in the past too. Everyone working there was very happy and friendly. Appointments were easy to make, billing was straightforward and no problems. They have locations all over the area. I will go back to these doctors in the future, they were great! read more
