After talking to the manager from Stockton that was training he said they do "reviews" 2 times a year and laughed and said if I didn't like it to move next door. Best advice I've been given I have moved all my units next door. It isn't safe place from my experience I had one of my units broke into and the insurance doesn't cover what they say. And the ownership does nothing to help. The one positive is the current manager Curtis explains everything in a professional manner.
