We called multiple different storage facilities & dealt with rude employees, lack of communication, horrible pricing & poor reviews. We were super concerned because so many of the facilities are located in totally sketchy areas! MSS storage and owner Mike were definitely a breath of fresh air. He was responsive, helpful & knowledgeable. The space is nice, level & solid for RV parking. It's in a safe area. It has back in access & pull through. Definitely a great value at the price point. Since new management has taken over my storage price has been raised twice in months. After talking to the manager from Stockton that was training he said they do "reviews" 2 times a year and laughed and said if I didn't like it to move next door. Best advice I've been given I have moved all my units next door. It isn't safe place from my experience I had one of my units broke into and the insurance doesn't cover what they say. And the ownership does nothing to help. The one positive is the current manager Curtis explains everything in a professional manner.

He said no problem and we worked it out. He is a honest and decent operator of the lot. Lot is getting fuller and easy 24 hour access. Like I said before, I would only change the lot if I got a slip on a local lake. Right now, not happening.
