She was fast and got the job done, although she said henna would dry fast. The thing about that, is it didn't dry fast as she said (she said it'd dry immediately and you just need to let it sit for two hours) but it smudged fast. Although the smudging was my fault, still should give that warning. And as other reviews said, yes it was faded as it first was removed. But it darkens overtime. I soon realized the henna she uses isn't safe for the skin, and chemical free safe henna shouldn't be blue or black. Like hers turn out, and the morning after. I went outside so yes it was hot and I sweat some which ended up in my supposedly dry henna staining my upper arm. I will never think about going here again. I'm extremely disappointed. read more

Just would like to say that this in total was $14, she had given herself 2 extra dollars just for the payment by using card. Honestly could've done it myself and bought a kit on amazon for $10 and it still would've been better. Very rushed as well, did not take her time. read more

Took our daughter to get a Henna Tattoo. We don't know what had happened. But the designed started to peel off about 20 min after it was done. So I am not sure if the artist know what she was doing, or using bad ink, or we did something wrong or my daughter's skin isn't good for tattoos. I give one star for terrible service. I tried to walk in and get a price estimate and i got was it depends on the size. I just wanted a simple design on my hand so i told her. Then she says it depends on the design. We are not allowed to take pictures of any of the designs to show her, so i tried to bring her the book. She jumps up and tells me im not allowed to move the books. So i just turn and leave i just wanted and estimate on a price to see if i wanted a henna. She was really rude and made it hard to convey what i wanted. read more

DO NOT GET THIS STUFF PUT ON YOUR SKIN. Real henna is an olive green color which turns brown after oxidizing. THIS IS NOT HENNA. It is essentially hair dye and can cause serious damage to your skin and is illegal in multiple countries. Real henna is made out of a plant. This is chemicals. read more

I don't like to write bad reviews but I had no choice with this one! We took our kids to get their hennas, which were pretty excited, and the lady/artist was very rude right from the beginning. She even made my niece cry after scolding her when she accidentally smudged her sister's tattoo!!! She then told us she would charge an extra $5 for making it right, which we of course told her not to do it at all. Regardless of her terrible attitude and bad customer service, the tattoos are SUPER PRICEY!! I get hennas regularly and for $10 you can get a DETAILED, and pretty design elsewhere, here, for $10 you get about 15 simple TINY options that actually come from stencils!! (not much artistry involved ) Anyways...I definitely NOT RECOMMEND this shop at all!!! Worst customer service, they treat kids roughly and the end result is definitely NOT WORTH $10. read more

customer service was really bad. me and my mother stood in line for about an hour while these two employees sit down. one of them by the name of mary got up and told us " you guys can leave and come back after our lunch break so you're not just staring at us". like first of all youre literally eating in front of costumers. second of all why would we leave when we've already been standing in line for so long? after i got done at that place her "lunch break" was over. so clearly the bitch had a problem with us from the get go lol. read more

Update on Review: I do see where management posted regarding instructions. To clarify: my tattoo is still pale and barely visible. Honestly, it was a waste of $, but I was doing something fun with my daughter. Her tattoo, however, is pretty awesome. Three days later and it is bright and beautiful. Not sure if mine wasn't prepped well, or what. After viewing hers for a couple of days, it is worthy to increase the rating and to split the difference. read more
