When my husband contacted Bennett Floral, the first person said they'll send someone over to stick two lilies in there. Then a Manager told my husband, they follow a "recipe" and that is what they sent. My husband explained to the Manager what we received looks nothing like the picture. The Manager said the best they can do is send someone back to pick up the flowers and issue a refund and she was not very nice at all. My husband ordered and paid for a premium floral arrangement and tipped 15% and was treated rudely. The teleflora "recipe" says 18" wide by 19" high. "One" rose hits the 19" but the arrangement as you can see from the tape measure was just 13.5" wide at best. According to the "recipe" and the description there is a lot missing from the arrangement received. The "undelivery" person showed up 15 minutes later to pick up & take my wrong Anniversary flowers. Very disappointed in Bennett Floral. We do our best to support local business, but this is unacceptable. I expect better service than this.

We stumbled on a Gem called The Galveston Wedding Chapel located at 715 Broadway. The owner Nathan is amazing. He took care of everything. We were suppose to get married last week but the tropical Storm Beta was in the area so we had to reschedule for this week. Once we arrived he had everything ready to go. We had to meet with the minister, Reverend Al before the ceremony to decide what kind of ceremony we wanted. Once we decided on that We made the decision to get married outside in the Gazebo area, we began taking pictures. Once the Gazebo area was shaded enough our ceremony began. It was absolutely beautiful. My wedding experience today was amazing, I'm so glad we decided to have our wedding at The Galveston Wedding Chapel. Thank you for everything.

Palm Beach with white sand Resort pool with a HUGE 3-ft shallow area Pool open from 9 AM-11 PM Recently renovated rooms Movies at night Ping pong Bounce houses Giant chess & checkers Moody Gardens attractions right there And if you really want the regular beach, it's only a short drive away. Very sweet kid, but obviously had not been informed why he was dispatched as he had zero tools with him. He then left and went to find tools to open door and batteries to fix lock. He fixed it quickly once he returned and was very polite. I requested additional bedding as room is freezing and was informed housekeeping had left for the day and I was out of luck. So guess we are freezing. Hotel room is run down and looks strikingly like a hospital room. Based on high dollar price I paid, which was over a holiday weekend, so inflated prices it was a massive let down. I would not recommend based on price point and lobby service. Maintenance gentleman was excellent however.

I told Tracie I wanted to show up and have everything done and looking perfect, and that's exactly what I got (and more!). She came up with back up plans for the weather, as it looked like it might rain.
