We walked into Patisserie Jean Pierre and completely fell in love with the place. I felt like I was in wonderland. You order outside while they are making the waffles and they are ready in a couple of minutes. Flavors include: vanilla (regular), chocolate infused (small bar of chocolate is inserted into a warm waffle and it melts) or cinnamon. I took the vanilla and was happy to report it's the best waffle I've had! For about 2 or 2.50eur, you can't beat this as an afternoon snack!

The worker I spoke to, a blonde man, was so patient and happy to explain what each dessert was even though it was so busy! Definitely a must visit/try in Liège!
