Prices are fair, service is friendly, the menu is wide ranging (although I almost always get a Steak). Drinks are also a good value. Its a big upstairs space that is not obvious from the street where you might enter (off 4th fyi), that is divided into bar and dinning room spaces. Table service in both, same menu in both.
