After a long day of driving, we decided to order pizza to be delivered to our hotel. Pizza Hut quickly delivered a hot, fresh pizza and it was absolutely delicious. Last week I found myself, along with my cousin and two small toddlers, stranded in Colby, KS due to hazardous conditions on I-70. After securing a hotel and getting the kiddos set up, pizza seemed like the best bet for four hungry travelers. After reviewing yelp reviews, this Pizza Hut location won out and I'm glad we placed an order with them. The food came fast, it was piping hot, and the driver was able to find his way to our hotel room, which was wonderful since we had kids in tow and were exhausted from our drive across Kansas. I can't speak to the dining in experience, but we ordered delivery through the app and it was a flawless experience. If you're in Colby this is a solid pizza option! read more

The Employees here are absolutely amazing. My sister was stuck in her sem-truck on a country back road for 3 1/2 days. She was running low on food. We are from Texas so she was hundred of miles away from me. I called multiple restaurant's to see if they could/would deliver her some food and they all said No expect Pizza Hut in Colby,KS!!! You will never know how much it meant to her and I that your hearts were big enough to say YES!! There really are still great people out in the world!!! The night manager has gone out of her way to make the perfect pizza after a minor mistake. That type of service keeps me going back.

We were traveling to Denver and were craving some pizza. The ordering was seamless with the app, and a staff member brought the right to our vehicle with the curbside pickup option. Last Tuesday, 06/22/2021, we ordered a Pepperoni Lover's Pizza. The young woman at PH asked if we'd prefer an Edge Pepperoni Lover's and I said, "yes." Best suggestion in a long while. Totally delicious and they add an herb or spice or both that brings it to the top of the list of our three pizza restaurants here in Colby. As a child, I always looked forward going to Pizza Hut to eat the lunch buffet. However, the more Pizza Huts I go to as an adult, the more I am dissatisfied with the food and service. Unfortunately, this Pizza Hut continues the trend. I know for a $6 buffet, you get what you pay for, although I was rather disappointed with the food as a whole. The pizza and pasta were both stone cold, there were never any bread sticks available, the lettuce for the salad was turning brown. Luckily, what saved the meal were the dessert bread sticks and pizza. Employees frequently walked up to the buffet, which excited me hoping for fresh food and bread sticks. It turned out they were just replenishing the plates several times, which I didn't understand because we were the only ones eating there (and I don't eat too much). Some positives was the restaurant as a whole was pretty nice inside. I liked the local sport icons decorated throughout the place and I thought the restrooms were relatively clean. If you're looking for a clean bathroom I recommend this pizza hut. If you are looking for some pizza/Italian food, I recommend you look elsewhere. read more

This place is a joke. The people on the phone have no idea how to take a order. They have terrible people skills. If you have to ask me 5 times what my order is, when I ordered 2 simple things, life for you is not looking too great. The guy asked me on the phone 4 times what my phone number was then he got so frustrated he had to pass the phone to someone else??? Guy, you just have to write down the numbers you hear. I was loud and I enunciated. You can do this. When the good was delivered, the dough was raw and the pasta was cold. $36. Disgusting. A waste of time and money. read more

My family of 7 was passing through on I-70 and I decided to read the reviews of this place before stopping. They were mixed but my kids felt like pizza so we stopped in. Totally renovated and nice. Staff very helpful and even suggested a special that was perfect for my kids. Pizza was delicious, hot and fresh! Restaurant (and Bathrooms) was very clean and the cook even came out and asked us if everything was ok. We were really thrilled with this stop as we hadn't had Pizza Hut pizza in a long time. I would say that the service was bad but that would mean that I received any. I walked in and was not greeted and was not even acknowledged the ten minutes that I was there. I got up and walked out. The only reason they are even getting one star is because it is required. I will not be going back nor would I recommend this place to anyone else. read more

I like this location a lot. They are always fast with delivery and the food is really good every time. Their wings are so so good! I can't order enough of them! the one time I went in to eat, I thought it could use some serious deep cleaning. hence the 4 stars. Great stop, fast and super friendly service. We were travelling and the little one needed to stretch his lil legs. Food was fresh, fast and good!! They gave great recommendations on gas and direction. Would definitely recommend for travellers and locals. Interior was clean and newly renovated. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. read more

We ordered delivery so I can't comment on the restaurant itself. Delivery was quick, they came directly to our room. Food was hot and just as we ordered. It would have been nice to have had plates and napkins knowing we were in a hotel. Also, there were no specials to choose from at this location. Aside from that, it's Pizza Hut... When staying for the night in Colby on the way to Colorado, my dad and I stopped in since we usually went here when staying in Colby. Both of us ordered the Bacon and Chicken Sandwich and chips to go from the friendly cashier and brought them to the motel. The sandwiches were delicious! Hopefully we will stay in Colby next time we go to Colorado! read more

1/7/2017. Horrible service. Sitting here right now, watching 4 employees visiting, laughing and using profanity. Not a single one of them is working. It took them 32 minutes to return to take our order. Now we've waited another 30 minutes waiting on part of our order. Never asked if we needed drink refills. Nothing has changed, ownership needs to fire the entire staff, and find better people. read more
