With no one to greet me and it being my first time there, I, of course, did not know, and all I was focused on was getting my paint and a seat and painting my little cat. When I left, no one had taken my seat, so I'm sure it would have been fine for me to continue where I had started. The paint choices were great, although they seemed to be missing pink and basics like plain white and black (or they were hard to find). The cost was great for what they offered, and where I ended up sitting was good for painting. I appreciated the fact that they provided slim paintbrushes as the models were maybe 2 inches tall by 1 inch wide. I might go back, but rude employees do leave a bad taste in my mouth for places, so we will see.
