So, I fully realize that this company is in Tennessee, however I found it online, and have made phone contact with the company for the very first time in 4 years just this morning, I was completely blown away. Not only did a super polite person named Selina answer the phone, she was personable, charming, and extremely accommodating! I asked about a product that is currently out of stock, that my husband uses for work. Selina ASKED if I would mind holding while she called the woman in charge of the reordering of said product, to let me know when it will become available. The hold was brief, she did not make contact, however took my number to call me back to let me know when the item will be in stock. To be fair, the products this company offers are expensive, and very high quality, however having spoken to their home office, the service is also superior quality as well. Worth every single penny paid for the portfolio I gave my husband as a gift, and we WILL be shopping there in the future. I had a Colonel Littleton bracelet that I loved. It was my mojo. I got so many compliments on it. Mine eventually failed. When I received my new one, I read that it said to take it off for showering and working out and sweating. I didn't. My bad. It kinda failed after 4 years. I guess that's a long time for being abused the way I treated it. I'm a chiropractor, so it gets a lot of physical abuse. I bought another wrist band at Etsy and it lasted 6 months. Gorgeous shop in a tiny little town, full of southern charm and hospitality. Beautiful leather goods and jewelery, all handcrafted there in Lynnville. Amazing quality, and different than most luxury leather products- everything seems to be designed with thought and character. Both saleswomen were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I was sent a thank you note when I returned home. We were pleasantly surprised to meet Col. I bought the #2 Shave kit from them. A quality piece but the zipper is rather cheap in it. The zipper pulls are also a different color than what is featured on their web site. When I inquired about the warranty, their customer service department could not describe it--they only told me about their 30 day return policy. Because of the zipper and the customer service, I rated this experience lower than I normally would. read more
