Multiple rooms with different activities in each. Ballon room. Dress up room which has dresses, doctor outfits fire fighter and a couple others in the same room has a makeup station full of different fake makeup perfume lipstick etc. they have a full kitchen room with shopping carts every fruit and veggie. Sushi cups bowls fake toaster oven sink. They have a huge ball pit that has a screen with different "targets" to throw the balls at. A infant area with slides blocks tunnels. A station with a car you can work on with tools. A hidden hallway that has a cool swing and a little course you go through. Corner has a little video game set up. I love that there is a hight restriction keeps it so it's for younger kids to enjoy. The ladies are always cleaning it up as the kids play. Always is very clean. Has snacks and drinks you you can buy and a little store with toys and stuffed animals. Highly recommend I haven't had any issues here and we've been going for awhile! The front desk ladies are always so sweet and my daughter loves them.

Its location right by the exterior entrance of the mall makes it super easy to get in and out, which I appreciate with two small kids in tow. My 3-year-old and almost-1-year-old both have a great time here. They love the ball pit, slide, dress-up room, and all the imaginative play areas. It really does offer hours of entertainment. The one thing to note--especially for families with younger kids--is that some of the toy sets in the dress up room come with small pieces that could be choking hazards. The pretend makeup items (lipstick, powder brushes, eyeshadow tools, etc.) also naturally invite kids to put them on/close to their faces, which could carry some concern for germs. There's also a balloon room with fans, which is fun but something to keep an eye on, since popped balloons can be a risk for little ones. All that said, we just stay extra attentive in those areas, and my kids still have an absolute blast. It's a fun, creative, and a great space for local families.

We also had another friend put their daughter on the waitlist so we decided to do the same to ensure we could join in the same tumble bees class. After 1 month of being on the waitlist, we were offered a spot! We gladly accepted the offer and enrolled for the following week. The very first class was a trial class to see if it was a good fit for our daughter, which it was! Coach Grace is very supportive and patient with the little ones. She has such a calm presence and her voice is direct for the kids to pay attention. She ensures she spends time with the kids to make sure they understand their station and will teach them safe practices. The class is offers structure which helps develop listening skills for the little ones. The session we have is around the same time as another tumblebees class so it is pretty busy but the 2 classes are very organized so the kids aren't running into each other. At the end of the class you can see the coaches cleaning all the stations and even will give the kids hand sanitizer along with a coloring page, a sticker, and a stamp. Our daughter has been in the class for about 2 months and always looks forward to her class!

It has truly been a blessing to have her as Kennedy's coach. We've seen amazing progress in both confidence and skills. Coach Lauryn has the perfect coaching temperament. She's calm, patient, encouraging, and genuinely fun. She balances structure and humor beautifully, which keeps the kids engaged while still helping them learn proper technique and safety. Kennedy absolutely loves coming to gymnastics each week, and we credit so much of that to Coach Lauryn's positive coaching style, professionalism, and dedication. We are very grateful for the care and attention she gives every athlete in her class. Highly recommend Coach Lauryn to anyone looking for an outstanding gymnastics coach who truly cares about her students and helps them grow.

We enjoyed our time first escape room so much we went back for another immediately. The rooms were challenging, but fun. Will have to return for their third escape room. THANKS Leta! The rage room was 10x12 or so, it was extreeeeeeemely small. We couldn't be in the room together and the room was already filled with a bunch of beaten up stuff. They gave us tiny glass bottles that were impossible to break unless you smashed them with a hammer. They wouldn't even break after throwing them hard against the wall. Also, I tried on a jumpsuit they made you wear that had 2 zippers on it, not sure why but they were both broken so I had to take it off and put a whole new one on. Overall, this was not a good experience. The staff that worked there didn't seem to care. She told us we had 30 minutes and she said "you can do, 5 or 10 minutes I really don't care." Like oh, okay cool. We went to ismash in sparks previously and I would absolutely recommend going there over this place. Really upset that we paid so much for such a terrible experience.

It's ridiculous that they don't allow parents to supervise their small kids in there. The constant nagging was ridiculous too. Kid has grip socks on. Leave them be. Every indoor playground requires them. Parents have them stockpiled. The subscription is a good price but honestly I was feeling too spiteful to commit to anything else long term.

Let's start with service and ordering food - They will try and upsell you in everything; I will take the $3 up charge for XL - haha. Most of the time there is wait. Recently went in on spring break, we waited a good 5 minutes to order and then it took another 5+ minutes to order. The cashier was nice, its usually the manager is who is managing the front cashiers. We had to ring up everything individually. Anyway. My kids chose a booth in the game area. They open at 11, but in the gaming area at 1245 their staff is vacuuming, moving tables and wiping tables. Not something I would like to see. My other complaint was the $12 salad bar; most of the time it's okay some days are gross. So definitely look before u buy a plate! If you come here at least once a month the membership is worth it. That $12 gets you a 100 coins everyday and 40% off food. This place can make so much money if they had one or two extra staff keeping things clean and keeping things going smoothly up front.
