After many emails and a phone call specifically to confirm with Cole that they could provide what we were looking for, that being wood tables and chairs, as their website represents, we were assured by Cole that they had wood NOT plastic chairs or tables. We promptly paid our $500, 50% down as requested. The day before our event, they showed up with dirty plastic chairs and plastic tables, cheap linens and a dirty roll of toilet paper in the back of the truck. We refused the products because they were not what I asked for or was promised. I called Cole before the truck was unloaded where I was met with a defensive and dismissive attitude followed by their unwillingness to mitigate this and return our deposit. We did not accept or use one of their products; both he and his wife Milana refused to refund our money and denied that they told me their products were wood. We are locals here in Truckee for over 40 years actively working in our community. This put us in a very serious position being the DAY BEFORE our event. I WILL NEVER USE THIS RENTAL COMPANY !
