After I followed up, they told me it was a preorder/back-order item, but they also said I had the option to pay for air shipment. I was willing to pay for air shipment and told them that, but they ignored my message for around two months. They only replied after I escalated the issue through my bank. Instead of properly resolving the issue, they kept referring to their no-refund policy, even though they never delivered the product to me and did not clearly state that it was a preorder before I made the purchase. I never received my product, and I never received a refund. Thiefs
