Been here a couple times and it have to say its one of the best for midnight releases and the customer service is always on point. First time I came was for the Ghosts midnight release, and the staff was very quick to get people their tickets and had music going on and gave out tons of prizes for raffles, way more offerings than any GS I have been to in the past. The last time was for the Xbox One midnight release and it was 30 degrees outside and rather than making the customers wait outside for any length of time, everyone was indoors and warm and cozy while the goods were dished out. Staff was fast and humorous and kept us all in good spirits. Overall my personal experience with this GameStop was 5 stars. Hope yours is too! Taryn, the "manager" very condescending and not helpful with a return. I realize this establishment is not the nicest in town--however, with proof of payment, a return should be honored. (without being laughed at and made to feel like the request is unheard of) Clothing item WITH tags still attached, purchased 3 whole days ago. Won't be coming back to this location. The customer service at this location is lacking, to say the least. Called about pre-ordering a game that wasn't available online for Xbox, Brian said he could absolutely do it, but in store only. Went to store talking about the game and what the deluxe edition came with for preordering during the entirety of the sale. Noticed how the price was $64 something when the deluxe was $69.99 (before tax), Brian said he gave me a discount... !red flag! Come to find out, this guy sold/preorded me the standard edition and when confronted he stated "oh yeah the only deluxe version still available was for PlayStation"... WTF!? Poor customer service bait and switch! Update: Evidently there was a bad disconnect between the publisher TT and GameStop about upgrading the standard version to the deluxe version (codes only), but still I was looking for the deluxe box edition with the Luke mini-figure. Update: Brendan (assistant manager at Brian's store) helped me locate a few stores that had extra copy's on ship day. Chris at 2324 W. Memorial saved me the deluxe box edition for release day. Also received a call from the region lead and made things right. HUGE shoutout to Brendan, Chris, and John for the follow ups! read more

This location botched the hell out of Black Friday. They were one of the only ones that didn't post the quantities on the door before opening and then after a huge line of people waited 14+ hours a rude employee shows up and just tells us shortly "All we have is 6 Xboxes" and runs inside and that was the interaction. Went in to buy a game for my girlfriend and they refused to sell it to me because he was with me and didn't have his id. So I came back by myself with my id (even though we're both old enough) and the guy refused to sell me the game today even though I had my Id. Just trying to get a Christmas present!
