Anything you buy they simply purchase for you from tcg player, so it's pretty much a tcg player brick and mortar. You can simply cut out the middle man and just have tcg player ship to your house. It's sad, because I assumed a store that claimed to be a "collectible card game" shop would carry collectible cards. It should be renamed to "mtg Kracked" to better reflect what it truly has for its customers.

Went back at 6:30 cause that's the time his mom said he would be back. The guy said no refunds cause we've been ripped off before with people opening cards and returning them resealed. Which is understandable if we tried to return hrs later but it was literally 15 mins!!! With purchases that big they should verbally let the customer know there's no refunds, but just signs at the door. Never will step foot in that store ever again
