Plus, if you spend a certain amount on certain brands they'll give you a gift with purchase. Forty percent off is insane. My jaw must have dropped to the floor. Please come to the Waikele Premium Outlets. I'll see you every week, lol. Customer service was great. The salesgirl asked if I needed help. I didn't. I know makeup. I sold makeup for seven years at a department store. The only thing was that they were out of certain foundation colors, one of which was my shade. Too bad I couldn't get it. I did pick up a Too Faced liquid matte lipstick, black mascara and black liquid eyeliner. It should have been around $85, but I paid close to $50. Plus, the salesgirl gave me a Jo Malone perfume sample of Wood Sage & Sea Salt, which I already have. I love that scent and it's one of their classics, so I happily accepted.

I decided to just go ahead and leave as it became apparent that I wouldn't be getting help anytime soon. The worker didn't attempt to make contact as I was leaving which sealed the deal for me. I definitely won't be bringing my business into that location again. Hopefully they can be better staffed in the future.

I was traveling towards Vegas and wanted to stop by Stiizzy for some herb. I searched the…read moredispensaries near me via Weedmaps and Stizzy came up- they have great herb. I submitted an order via Weedmaps offered a 30% off for first time customers which I claimed- email clearly shows "present to store for discount" however the rude gentleman who was "assisting me" was very dry. Normally people who work at dispensaries are extremely friendly but this was not the case! We asked where their disposable pens were he pointed across the store and said "over there" lol- he just wasn't trying at all. I walked over and I choose the one I wanted he asked if I needed anything else I said no but I do have an online order. He walks back to the register and showed me the item to confirm this is what I had ordered I confirmed he proceeded to ring me up. I realized I did not see the discount so I asked he said "can I see the email" I showed him he said "no that's not it" there should be a promo code - at this point I was extremely annoyed cause of how rude and dry he was. He was not willing to make an exception. When a customer checks in it will clearly show if you've visited before or not so he could have honored the promo that's what brought us in as a first time customer at this location. He then says it takes 24hrs sometimes 48 hrs- no where in the email does it say this sounded like he was making up his own rules at this point. I was only passing by so I said " it's fine, I'll pay the full amount" I paid the full amount whatever I wanted to get out of there- the worst experience I have ever seen at a dispensary. My email attached clearly indicates all I needed to do was present this very email- see for yourself on the image so don't back down on it! I should have asked for the manager because their partnership with Weedmaps is where consumers normally find dispensaries nearby to drive traffic for business, but it is unfortunate when you run into employees such as this guy.
