The 2 ladies at the register greeted me as soon as I walked in and one even directed me to the are that had the books I was looking for. The books were reasonable priced. I showed her online what people were buying from Amazon and I told her I did not want to buy Amazon because I wanted to support local. She showed a dress that was similar to the dresses on Amazon which was a infinity wrap dress she tried to show me different ways to wrap the dress but I told her I had concerns about it not covering my chest area or the right garment underneath she told me to go on YouTube and look at some other ways or i can come back before the function and she or her daughter wioils wrap the dress. I went home reviewed online options and there was no way for me to wrap the dress that things would not be showing. They left the alarm tag on the dress. so I had to go back and I told her I couldn't make the dress work because there was no way for me to wrap it that it would not be revealing my chest in some way. she told me she could not take it back because all sales are final even though she said for me to let her know if i was not completely pleased. She said the policy was not to give any refund even though it only had the dress three hours. she exchanged address and there was a difference in the payment and she told me she had to give it to me a gift Card and could not put the difference back on my card. She said I was attacking her even though I did not say any cross words words to her yet she told her son to go spray to dress down even though it had been 20 minutes since I had left the dress there. So she was being passive aggressive with me I was trying not to make a scene in her store in front of her customers. Do not shop at this business.... With horrible service and horrible policy.
