Meh. I stopped in this time to see if they had any used Nintendo switches. One of my grandchildren plays games with it and I wanted to connect with him. I walked around the store, there were 2 employees and neither of them spoke a word to me. Not a word. I didn't see any switches out on shelves I did a quick walk through and left. read more

Have to say I'm disappointed in this location! When I walked in there were two employees working. No greeting or acknowledgment that I had even entered the store. Very crowded with the small space. Walked through the store and they had a pretty good selection to choose from, especially considering their size. Walked by the two workers as I went through to the back of the store. Still nothing from either. Walked across the back and then headed towards the front of the store....again no hello....no welcome to gamestop....no is there something you need help with......totally lose in the conversation they were having. They could really be so much better with a little customer service. Two star rating is only because of selection ..... if the review was based on customer service the rating would have been one star. No urgency to return. Hopefully they will observe other Gamestop's in the area and take notes on how to interact with the public when they come into the store. read more

Closed for over 30 min at 630 with just a sign saying they would be right back. They either need new staff or to get some help.

Sevice is very nice they are very helpful this is the best gaming store I have ever seen.

This Gamestop is rather small. It doesn't have a huge inventory, especially on older games. The manager is super knowledgeable and has played just about everything in the store. He is really good at recommending a game if you tell him the type of games you like. This is an adequate Gamestop but there are bigger ones with a larger inventory in the area. read more

It should be noted that over the last few months this Gamestop seems to no longer carry any games older than a few months . So if you're looking for a vintage game you would need to drive over to the GameStop in Hoover, but if it's a new game you're looking for it's a still a good spot. read more
