Great spot! We were…read morelooking for a video poker machine to give my mother-in-law who loves to play but doesn't get over to the casinos much anymore (plus Covid...). We landed at New Life Games and we were thrilled with the selection and pricing! The store is loaded with refurbished slot machines, video poker and video games. We walked around and found just the one we wanted, they even switched out the top part of the cabinet display for one we liked better. The owner, Scotty (?), was very informative and helpful, gave us a satisfying price and off we went to give her the surprise! And she sure was surprised!!! We were told to contact the store should we have any issues with the machine. We did have some, and every now and then we still will run into a quirk or glitch, but they are readily helpful and even have come to the house to fix the problem. Excellent customer service!!! Especially when the in-laws are older and don't leave the house often, plus "technology" can be confusing to them. Scotty shines through every time! Unfortunately our sweet Nana passed away months after her gift, but we were able to let her get in some great in-home gambling before she went to the casino in the sky! We are eyeballing a Pac Man / Galaga table top that he's got on the counter for sale, one day we'll have one and when it's time to buy, we know just where to go! It looks little in the outside busy is much bigger than it appears! It's nicely lit, has wide aisles between the stacks, and everything is well organized. I had no trouble finding the genres I enjoy and browsing for me books to add to my every growing collection. The deals were also fantastic!! You can't beat the prices here, not even at Goodwill.
