So I went to this store so they could help me with removing emails that are not on my contacts which the other Verizon store was more then happy and had the knowledge as to how to do it. Of course I got the guy who didn't know how to do anything except to tell me that maybe I should just type out the whole email address so not to get the wrong email. I just wanted to comment about the great service I received from Martean Horta at the Verizon store at 2690 Highway 95 in Bullhead city. I was staying in Laughlin from out of town when my phone stopped working properly. (The touch screen was shorting out, to where you had to hold the screen just right to enter the password and access the phone) Martean was patient and informative in setting me up and transferring my data to a new phone (which wasn't easy with the damaged phone). I found out later that my new phone was not compatible with my Ray-ban stories (smart glasses) and messaged Martean at 9:30 at night, about switching phones. He offered to meet me on Sunday (on his day off) to help me switch phones and transfer data again. Easy to sign up with Verizon very difficult to get away from them. Buyer beware you can't return your phone or iPad to any store. It has to be shipped to them. There's a time limit on receiving the shipment. Otherwise you get charged for the devices they close your account so you can't even go in there and stop the billing, they continued to bill on my account Now I have to fight to get my money back. If I could give zero stars I would. I went to this 'verizon' location for help cancelling my husband's phone line letting them know my husband had passed away. The lady was quite rude in letting me know they couldn't help me with any part of what I needed them to do there. All she said was maybe try Henderson location (an hour away) and see if they can help you there. Apparently this location with a HUGE verizon sign on the outside of the building is NOT actually a true Verizon store. So beware before going here. read more

We went to this store to upgrade our existing phones, plan and purchased new cases and accessories. They were out of stock and new phones were ordered. We received a call that they had came in. Unfortunately my wife had to leave the state for an medical family emergency, and I went in to activate my new phone. I was informed that as she was not available and if I only activated mine, her service would be DISCONNECTED, which we could not do as our only way off communication while she was out of state. In addition, the trade in value on one of our phones was misquoted by $450. Needless to say, I cancelled the phones and new plan, and returned the accessories. I contacted Verizon and spoke with a supervisor who advised that this authorized agent was incorrect. Buyer beware and take your business to another location. read more

Went in to ask why my iPhone wasn't able to send and receive pictures. The employee who was helping us said that that they had to be in Verizon net work. I said that shouldn't matter? He said I raised my voice and he wouldn't help as he tossed my husbands phone on the counter. He then tossed his hands in the air waving them around as he walked away. His coworkers just looked at him. When we asked his name they refused to give it to us. I think they were afraid of him. They said please we know your nice people our manger will be here tomorrow. We went to a nearby store, Verizon Wireless (3699 AZ-95 #670, Bullhead City, AZ 86442) & not only was the store sparce of products, the person helping us had no idea what she was talking about as far as coupon discount and screen protector program. My wife knows exactly what she was looking for (for her mom's new phone) because she already did the same for her phone and mine. That other store had NO idea and tried to RIP US OFF. However, THIS store (2690 Hwy 95, Bullhead City, AZ 86442) knows, and Jordan was a huge help & an honest help. I highly recommend this place if you choose Verizon. If you want ATT, go outside of Bullhead, because those guys at ATT Store (2840 AZ-95 Suites 402, Bullhead City, AZ 86442) are sleazy AF, and I would rather go without cellular if they were the only ones in town. No help or leeway here if you are a long time customer. They care only for money and maximizing profit... never mind customer service or helping current (now ex) customers like my in-laws. We were greeted before even walking in the store by a super nice salesman that opened the door for us. We were looking to switch from sprint to Verizon! Our over all experience was really great with Cody helping us get switched over. It took sometime to get our account number from the sprint rep on the phone which was crazy they took forever! We walked out of Verizon with two new phones, new cases and screen protectors also put on by Cody. He was helpful setting up our new phones and even stayed way past his scheduled time. He didn't pass us off or rush us out the door. By far the best customer service from a phone carrier we have ever received! I highly suggest this Verizon store. Everyone was friendly and smiling! We now have great service and even scored in some promos they had going on! Whoohoooo were so happy we dropped sprint after 14 years! I'm from California and went out to Laughlin for a family trip during Memorial weekend. Unfortunately i put my phone in water and completely ruined it. I was currently with sprint who had merged with Tmobil and after that my service was horrible anyway. I went to sprint they told me it was going to be around 120-200 to fix my phone. I went to verizon just to see what they had to offer. A gentleman named Ryan N helped me out. He was extremely Professional and patient. He walked me through all the plans some of the phones. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products. He asked if I wanted to port my number I said no I'd like an Arizona number,thinking that would be pretty awesome. After a day or so i I realized I should've just kept my number. I called the Verizon store in California I was unable to get through and put on a waiting list for them to call me back,they have still never called me back. The California Verizon stores are absolutely horrible. I thought I would just call the Arizona store where I had bought my phone from in the first place and spoke to a lady name Lauren. She was extremely helpful and once again walked me through every step I needed to port my number back. She was extremely professional and nice. I cannot say enough good things about this store and the staff that's in it!!!! I would be willing to drive four hours to go back to the store to have this kind of customer service rather than drive 10 minutes to the California Verizon store!!! read more

I know there aren't too many options in Bullhead, but go spend your money anywhere else. Bought a pair of AirPods here and when I got them home I realized they were completely defective. The light on the case wouldn't even come on. Went in to the store today to exchange or return and was told there was NO POSSIBLE WAY to do either. This was heavily, heavily stressed. They told us their hands were tied and they couldn't refund broken airpods that we had purchased less than 24 hours ago because the box was open. No idea how I was supposed to know this since they didn't tell us this when we bought them. I wouldn't have bought them if I knew this was their policy because it's ridiculous. Had to open the package to realize they didn't work. Horrible customer service here. Spoke with two different people, neither of whom seemed to care at all about customer service, or even trying to do the right thing and after about 45 minutes of the run around we were sent away with the number for Apple Care. After this we called the cellular sales customer service number and we were informed that it's completely up to the store to decide if they want to refund or exchange open product. Guess they just didn't like us? Everything seemed very scammy. Would drive the hour and a half to go to Las Vegas before going here again for sure. read more

This location and the entire staff are horrible. All white employees, looking and acting snobby it seemed. Smile, don't be so uptight. I went in to switch from AT&T to Verizon with a business account. The rep I got, female, red hair and said she's been working there three years but it seemed like it was her first day. (And that locations been there three years?!) Apparently she kept having issues but would never tell me and kept saying "it's trying" I sat there for two and a half hours and left still with AT&T as my provider. She had NO IDEA how to handle a business account and yet she said she did. After she called customer service, to fix her mistake, (after two hours or trying and not one employee came to help her) she said "so that's all they can do" and just starred at me. So I said ok, and just left. She didn't have a solution to a customers issue, and just let me walk out. And I was nice and so patient the entire time, for her sake but I now I probably shouldn't have been. So I went to the other Verizon location down the street, the new location, and IT'S SO MUCH BETTER!! The staff is so down to earth, you feel comfortable, also SO nice, helpful and awesome!! The manager, who only does business accounts because he knows how, said he would help me but he was having issues. He tried to fix that girls mistake for FIVE HOURS and still no result. Now I have to go back again to try to fix it again. But at least he's willing to not stop until the issue is fixed AND his entire team even tried to help! Wtf did you do to my "new" account lady?! I went to this store with 2 other family members. We were all very impressed with the level of professionalism we witnessed throughout the store. We worked with Ryan to upgrade 3 phones and combine plans. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and took great care of us. He made sure we understood our plan and all charges clearly, and actually made the process enjoyable. The person that help sell me a phone and get service sold me a HUM service he said it was promotional and free I thought that was great. Than I reviewed my bill it showed up the HUM service charge at ten dollar which will be billed monthly.Luckily I found out before two weeks or I would have been stuck with service I didn't need. I already have triple AAA so it's a cool service if it was free but not to be charged.When I called customer service not the store and I was not made aware of the monthly charge. They said it would be a $50 restock fee.I'm happy with Verizon as far as coverage and great phone it's just the person at this particular store I will not be going back to.When I explained to him that he never told me he just kinda brushed off said I didn't need call customer service he would take care the fee and he would return it no problem.I returned it but had to make several calls to take care of the $50 restock fee.The problem is I felt decieved and again Luckily I reviewed my bill before the 2 week return or I would been stuck with the monthly charge.
