Wasted my time walking far and got my hopes up when I went to this GameStop I saw a rare hash bros Return of the Jedi Boba Fett figure I was about to pay until they told me this figure is not out yet until next two weeks then he said he would right down my name and phone number to pick it up that day, once that day came I got there they end up saying they sold out and nothing they could do and said they accidentally sold my figure. read more

Very clean and modern atmosphere. Browsing for games is very easy. Wait time isn't more than 10 minutes. The associates there are very passionate about video games and you can tell by their excitement when talking about games. The most annoying part of EVERY experience is the persistent push for buyers to pre-order unwanted games or start a membership or subscription to their magazine. Please stop. Came here with my mom & dad like about a month ago. The guy who took care of us was really nice to us.

This location has been my go to for games, pc and consoles. Even when the brickyard mall had two locations for games and more. Now this location has exanpded adding collectables, shirts and even funko pops. Staff is friendly, the lines do get a little long sometimes but the service is still fast. This gamestop was a little frustrating. there are a few people working in the store, but not very helpful. Every game i picked up and took to the front to purchase ended up not being in stock. They sold me video games that were scratched beyond repair and was not even playing. After asking a few times if a certain game required more accessories, was told no, only to take it home, open the package and see that accessories are sold seperately. i ended up taking the games to another gamestop and exchanging. read more

Going here, out of all the GameStop's, was the best decision ever! Most of the GameStop's I go to have shitty employees and will talk about shit they don't know and just beg for your money. This one here doesn't do that. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and that is what I got. The staff did not give me no b.s deals and I was so happy to get in and leave happy with my products. The employee who was highly motivated, even though it was morning and barley opened. The staff look like they have fun with each other with some good jokes, and I think that is how a job should be, nice motivated employees at the same time, bringing in good vibes around the store. I haven't had an issue at this location aside from the wait to pay. Some complain about the people selling subscriptions and Pre orders. Isn't that their job? If you don't like going to a store and having things sold to you and talking to people but online and have a pop up prompt ask you the same questions. That said, they almost always have what u want. They are for the most part knowledgable on what they sell. The only thing I do wish they had more of was midnight releases for games like Pokemon that may not necessarily be "hardcore" but still have a huge following for kids/teens/adults. Good store altogether. Friggin huge compared to most. Could probably use their space a bit better, from a merchandising stand point. Oh one last thing, I've never felt... Judged for my selection in games. Being a guy you have an expectation of buying cod and things of the like. But I go in buying Disney and kids games and they join in on my excitement for getting said games. And that's why I give them 4 stars. read more

I've been going to this GameStop for years and i've never had problems. Usually staff is extremely helpful and the place is well kept. Last time I went to trade in some games for store credit, as soon as I walked in immediately stared at by this one employee which is completely understandable since I walked in with a bag of games. I went up to the counter since there was no line and I told him I wanted to trade in for store credit. Throughout the whole trade in the guy made so many smart comments. I even tried starting conversation about the new Elden ring game and his response were so rude. He was upset at the fact that I brought at least 20 games to trade in and I get it but it's your job! His attitude was poor and he just really made the overall experience bad. Out of all the times i've been here this was my only bad experience. Although this was my first bad experience, I still recommend to everyone this place. read more

They are real Jerks at this location. I preordered Gears 3 and called for the stores "Midnight launch" and was told they lock up at 2am. I get there at 1:20 nd they are locked up, the manager on shift told me that they closed early because they thought they were done fore the day. I asked if I could pick up my game and he told me he was sorry for the "miscommunication" aka bold face lie. They did nothing but offer me hours for the next day to stop by and pick it up. I came here to buy my husband a ps4.. I traded in his ps3 for it. While in line, a customer traded me a cord I was missing for my place in line. I thought it was a great deal because it saved me $15. It was almost my turn so he was seen right away. An hour later I realized why he traded me. His transaction took at least an hour. I was reading the promotions on the window and the employee working had nooooooo idea how they worked. I literally explained them to both him and he customer. He explained everything incorrectly and made it a very confusing situation. He consistently gave incorrect pricing. The manager had to step out to take the long line of customers just making simple purchases. He kept telling his employee to move to the next screen to get the final prices with promotions and everything. He wouldn't do that and even once he finally did, still gave incorrect information- actually making the customer ahead of me put things back thinking he was getting a bad deal when he wasn't. Anyways, same thing happened to me but I work in retail and understood what should have been happening; even with all the wrong information he was throwing at me. I went behind the computer and explained it to him.. Even told him what the final price would be and he insisted I was way off until he saw the total. Then he just said "well I don't know," and insisted he was correct. It was an over two hour long, very frustrating, experience. I will not return. I would recommend another store until the employees are properly trained. read more
