Some customers may not be a fan of this, but they ARE the kind of business where you're expected to haggle and negotiate the price. You can almost always get them to come down by 10-15%. They are doing very dextrous work on small electronic components, though, so they will always want to charge a lot for labor, especially for technically challenging projects. My only complaint is that, during my most recent visit to pick up a repaired device, two of Nick's lackeys were bickering behind the counter, swearing at each other and such. This made for an uncomfortable experience. I don't really think it's appropriate to argue like that when you're at work at all, but certainly not in front of paying regular customers! I doubt Nick himself would approve!

The tech said he needed to work on my Face ID and charged me an extra fee for that, so I agreed. When I went back to pick it up he had removed extra components claiming he wanted to look into them over night. The phone wouldn't stay on longer than 3 minutes so I went back and they agreed to fix it. Over the course of 3 days I went in several times as they kept making the phone worse!! In the end they completely ruined my phone and blamed it on me. The tech and owner are so rude and cocky, I was shocked at their lack of professionalism. I should have listened to the other reviews who have also had their phones broken here. DO NOT GO HERE. They destroyed my phone, did not offer a refund, and now I've had to buy a new phone.

The employees are very difficult to understand and also have a hard time understanding customers. After charging me to diagnose my laptop's problem, they ordered a part. One week later the part arrived and I dropped of my computer to have it installed - they charged me again on the spot, and said more would be due when I picked it up. At the end of the day I still hadn't heard from them, so just went in. They had not installed the new part and the repairman said he "was not confident" to do so because my laptop was "complicated." He said it should still work fine, though, despite not replacing it, and charged me for the part and installation. Then when I got my computer home, the sound wasn't working. I took it back in and complained about the sound and the fan charge. They keep the computer for two days and then left a message saying the had finally replaced the part they couldn't replace before, and they also needed a new part for the sound issue, which they would pay for. After six days, they called and said the part was incorrect and that it would be an additional five days to get the right one. They said it is hard to find the parts on eBay. I asked if they had tried my laptop company directly, and they said no, they had not. Nightmare. Definitely go elsewhere if you can.

He even has a PC set up where anyone can pay buck to go on-line and retrieve email.
