He was forced to bring in heavy boxes and unload them into their boxes and then have many refused and forced to rebox them and carry them out only to find out that they would notify at some point if they would take them. The displays are eye-catching, there's a ton of room for browsing, and their board game selection is superb. Walked in expecting to browse a bit and leave and I left with three games lol. It's super clean, brightly lit, there's music playing, and the staff member who helped me today (I'm kicking myself for not getting their name, they had long-hair?) was really conversational and helpful. And perhaps most importantly, they're being extremely responsible with COVID, with staff members wearing masks and declining to hold in-person events to ensure the safety of their customers. I really appreciate businesses that take a stand like this even if it means a hit to their profits, so I wholeheartedly recommend visiting and grabbing some gaming supplies next time you need them. We need to ensure that responsible game stores like Moxie succeed in these rough times because they're the places that build community and give us spaces to enjoy our hobby when pandemics aren't raging lol. A lot of things I purchase in there is either broken or just don't work. im a regular shopper in…read morethe store and had the first bad experience today with the elderly middle aged woman. i assume she's the store manager. she had a bad attitude when i tried explaining that I was looking for a cable and adapter that will let me use a ps2 on my hdmi computer monitor and she proceeds to tell me that they don't make adapters for ps2s that you can use a multi out to ypbpr cable. the adapter needed is a ypbpr to hdmi. treating customers like they don't know what they are talking about is not the way to go about business. also i needed something tested to make sure it worked and she was too lazy to even get the necessary items out to test with. now i have to make another visit because i got a ps2 memory card in there that has two corrupted files on it that i cant even remove because she wouldn't test it for me. id advise anyone going into that store early in the day time when she is there. other than that the other employees are super nice and they games in there are for the most part reasonable.

Went there to buy comics, was told they were 1.99 by several people. Including employees. Bought 10…read morewas charged 2.99 each. Called them a couple hours after I noticed, was told to come back in and next day and would be credited. They don't give cash back so would have to be an exchange. I was fine with that. Arrive next day told them about the mistake. Was about to correct it when the employee that overcharged me said he was told they were 2.99 so they supposedly called the manager and he said they were 2.99. And conveniently isn't available. This isn't listed anywhere in the store and seems to be only word of mouth. Employees have no clue. Apparently severe lack of training. Called a couple people that I know and verified how many they bought and what they paid one said 13 and 1.99 anther said 5 1.99 and I personally bought 3, 3 days before and paid 1.99. I would never pay 2.99 for these dirty old comics. That's practically new prices and none have hardly any value. It's the principal of the thing that gets me. And i will not be returning. Several people I know have been made aware of then rip-off and will be questioning them and not returning. Great job on loosing a customer over 10 bucks. And your ignorance. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and attorney General. You need to do better and not make excuses and get rid of the lazy employees. Particularly your manager.
