This was my first time in here and it was a great experience. I wanted a switch lite but I wanted the zacian and zamazenta. I should have just said that but I didn't want to look like an idiot asking for that and butchering the name so I just asked for the grey one. Totally forgot there's a normal grey lite so of course the guy brought out the grey one. Not his fault at all. I paid for it and then realized it was the normal grey one. I instantly apologized and asked if it would be possible to switch to the zacian one. He checked his inventory, apologized to me, and grabbed the right one, and exchanged the two. It was my fault so his apology was completely unnecessary and I told him so. He was super super helpful and I'm so glad he was nice about my mistake. Most people would have been annoyed but this guy took the time to make sure I was happy and this is what customer service is. Besides they have a pretty decent selection of games and stuff. read more

gotta love when you preorder a game just to find out that they conveniently lost it even though its supposed to be attached to your rewards card, and instead of trying to figure out what the " new" employee did wrong. the manager who looks like she on heroin, blames the customer and says that you don't know what your talking about and that they don't have time to figure it out...smh read more

Service there is great. I absolutely love it. I did have some issues buying a few used controllers. However, the employees were completely understanding and kind. Especially an employee named Dan. I would recommend speaking to him when you walk in. He's a great guy and informs you on anything you need to know about and will be patient with you. read more
