So me and my son called there and asked one of the associates if they had an Xbox S Series and how much it was they told us yes and it was $125 so me and my son rushed over to pick it up once we got there we realized that it was the wrong Xbox and it was $225 for the one we wanted when asked if they can negotiate the price the owner or whoever behind the counter said no people make mistakes we can't help you how is that a way to treat your customers I wasn't asking for a whole lot but a little discount I mean we did rush over there we drove 35 minutes and to get there and they just shut us down and was rude about it I do not recommend this store to anybody else if you're looking for a game console I would rather you go somewhere else than to have to deal with some people like that read more

Visited this location yesterday. Was in the store twenty minutes, and while there were multiple staff in the store, not a single one acknowledged me, spoke to me, or even noticed my presence. They were much more concerned with talking about Magic The Gathering, than to serve a customer. Don't waste your time or money, there are better shops in the city. read more

I just wanted to say, I got my old clunky PS3 fixed here, without having any prior experience with UGA Games, and it works like a dream (and at a reasonable price)! The guy at the front who I dealt with (I think Jason?) was super nice and friendly, and I think there's just a mutual appreciation - I'm a big fan of supporting local business and especially local game shops, and they work hard for their customers because they know we could go to a big retailer instead. Absolutely amazing place. I love the staff here to bits, they're super nice and helpful. The games they have are fairly cheap and in good quality, too. My only real issues is that certain older generation stuff can be overly expensive, and most of the time, preowned controllers are broken. regardless, this is a great place and personally, the only place I go to buy video games anymore because of their vaster selection of games, their amazing customer service, and their cheap prices. Went in tonight with my 2 sons to trade in all of our Wii stuff; basically hoping for enough to get a Xbox One game for each of them (Christmas present upgrade). Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the name of the guy who helped us. He took our questions seriously, explained how he figured out trade in price and answered LOTS of questions about Xbox games. Even my 10 yr old said it was the best video game store, to quote him "That's how you do customer service!" They didn't have a ton of Xbox one games, but they had what we needed and we'll definitely be back read more

This is a good store for retro games. I normally go to eBay for that type of thing, but this is more of a go-to because the prices are similar to eBay but you don't have to pay shipping, plus they have some $1 and $2 games. Really love this place, go check it out. read more

Nice guys, but is a very below average and disappointing store. I don't believe they play test used equipment (I bought two broken used controllers), and their new merchandise is questionable (I bought a new PS3 Tomee 3rd party controller that feels like it was made from the cheapest piece of cardboard ever and does not function as necessary). And it took about two and a half weeks for them to get these new controllers because of "issues with their supplier", and could not tell me exactly when they expected the shipment. They occasionally have interesting games, but their selection is rather lackluster and surprisingly pricey. I wouldn't waste your time. There's better options in the area, especially those looking for used games and equipment- I'd suggest Play It Trade It on High Street. read more

Don't go here looking for anything older than PS2, their vintage games are insanely overpriced. I'm talking like $30 for a game you could get for $15 on ebay. read more

This is the BEST video game store around. Their prices are very fair, they can get u what u want quickly if it is not available right away, and their trade in program can't be beat! They will even offer cash for games and products where a lot of places only offer trade-credit. The people that work here are very nice and do not act like they are to busy to help you. This small game store beats game stop hands down! read more

It's a decent place, good value on trade-ins and cash (when they have it).. Levi is cool, not huge on the other employee I've seen working there though.. Some things are a little overpriced but I've also gotten some good deals on Blu-Ray Movies and some 360 games. read more

This store gets worse and worse everytime I stop in. The retro games are priced insanely high (Megaman 2 and Ocarina of time are priced at 37.99 a piece when they go for 25 tops on ebay) The selection is lackluster. They use stickers on everything that rip and leave a thick residue. They buy stuff on sale at other stores and try and sell it for inflated prices. (world of nintendo figures that are at target right now for 8.99 being sold for over 20) To top it all off they don't accept trade credit on certain stuff but of course they won't tell you that when you trade your stuff in. I've had trade credit for months and everything I try to buy they say I can't use my credit on it. This store is a joke. There are way too many game stores in town that don't have these issues so don't waste your time with this one. You're better off shopping at Walmart or Gamestop. Once I find something they will let me use my remaining trade credit on I will never set foot in the store again. read more
