The owner Joe, really is a great guy which is why he is mentioned in every review. He's got a good little staff of employees who are always very helpful and kind. Need a movie recommendation? Give Joe several titles you've enjoyed in the past and he will come up with something you've never even heard of! You won't ever want (or need!) to use Redbox again after you see the selection this little shop has... There are several monthly plans you can subscribe to (we have 2 out at a time, about $25 per month). Only wanna rent family movies? There's a plan for you too, $4.99 per month. Oh and I mention the selection of video games? Yeah, it's extensive too! I hate to mention it, but I have to.... There's an epic xxx section complete with Girls Gone Wild and all the parodies. You're welcome. Pretty much every hit show that's ever been on television is there and when you rent a series, you get the whole series not just one or two discs at a time. Joe also takes requests and custom orders, so if you dont see something, ask! Don't feel like going out? Oh well they also deliver! You can call and reserve it for a couple hours if you know what movie you want but you can't get there right away. They have a prepaid card deal where you get 11 movies for $25. It's a great bargain. I also like that they have in stock a pretty good selection of foreign and independent movies. It seems pretty small but if you are looking for an older or a somewhat unknown movie, you can just ask and they can check it in their system and there's usually a good chance they have it. They do keep older movie in a different location site, but if you call and ask (and they have it), they can have it ready to be picked up the next day. The owner is very nice. Disc replay prides themselves on testing and giving you working controllers but it seems to me that they have been lazy lately and needless to say WE WILL NEVER RETURN HERE! Game Stop on Weber Rd is giving out false information and faulty systems…read more My son bought a used XBox on June 16 and the associate on the clock told him he had 30 days to return it. The box was marked as 30 day return. We were assured it worked and had even bought the extra warranty with it just in case that covered everything. The person working that sold it to us and told us verbally also you have 30 days to return it to get a refund. Assistant manager Jon said the associate had the wrong information. Again how is this our issue??? The system was faulty and lagging so my son took it back today and was told he would either have to sell it on Marletplace or trade it in. Why??? It had a 30 day return policy. They did say they would buy it off of him if he traded it in. He is a minor and was told to sign a paper. Should not have happened again last time I checked a minor. We went it because needless to say we were not happy! The assistant manager Jon told us oh well the associate should have verified he was 18 before having him sign. Didn't happen!!! We then wanted to get the system back so we can ship it in because apparently default systems can get a refund if we ship it but then again Assistant Manager Jon said there isn't anything they can do once a trade goes through it can't be reversed. Of course I was mad because a minor was told to sign a paper for trade was only to be signed by an adult 18 or older. He was given a gift card to use and it couldn't be reversed either so now infuriated. We told him to find what he can use the gift card on that is new and never opened because anything used they don't stand behind. The staff will look up books to buy new for 20% off, too, if they are still in publication. The gentleman behind the desk showed us some special editions of some books. Although we could not buy them, it was really interesting to see. Good selection and genres are well marked so you will be able to find science or science fiction books.
