I'm here to pick up that $5 for the Nintendo shop". They were like "oh uh...yeah, about that. Corporate said you have spend at least $10 in store before we can give you the $5". I was like, "but you said...". They were like, "well corporate said no". I was like, isn't that like changing the rules in the middle of the game. She was like "yeah, so no cancelations and there is nothing I can do..." May the curse of unfair deceptive marketing practices rest upon your dishonest selves until you repent of your lying ways. He made it sound like you had to have xbox live to play which you definitely do not. He also after multiple times of saying no again asked us to upgrade to an elite version of a couple games that the only thing the elite version came with was a new gun or a new perk. Look I understand the importance of upselling, I used to work retail but being pushy is awful. I would never recommend going to this gamestop and would never drive on post specifically to go to this one. Awful experience everytime I've been in. Plus it's a little dirty and just a poor selection of games.

Great okay, so I buy it but I'm not paying attention as I usually do I'm talking to my spouse who is with me. Madison the one who told me shes selling me a new game gave me a used game and made me pay the price of a new one. So I get home and I live twenty minutes away. I'm still not thinking at this point just wanting to play it and I see the back of the disc is covered and wiped down with some kind of cleaning agent. So I immediately call them back but of course no answer because it's five minutes until close. They literally had me pay 60 dollars for a used game. Go somewhere else and save your time and money.
