When I inquired why I needed to come back and she wasn't doing anything, she called for the manager. He came and express the same sentiment's. Put in a work order. Whatever!!! I went to self print. Guess what, it wasn't working. The manager still had to come over and help me. Then, he had issues too. After all the time of going back and forth with the printer, she could have printed them from the beginning. Long story short, the manager gave me the prints for free because of all the hassle.

While shopping I observed a store associate, Destiny, allow a friend to visit her at her work. He…read morecontinuously yelled at her so that could be heard 3 aisles over, to the point where people started walking towards the front to make sure she was not being verbally abused by a customer. He was screaming "Are you retarded?", over and over again and she was laughing and joking and playing with him while on the clock in front of multiple customers. Someone should know how inappropriate it is to have visitors at work especially ones that use offensive language in such a loud tone. After this exchange (about 3 minutes later) the gentleman start screaming "I love you, you know I love you". Destiny allowed this to continue on and on. Another associate at the next register watched all of this conspire and only stopper laughing along when she saw how offended I was by the remarks her was making. Then when I attempted to check out; after having everything scanned, the chip reader on the machine would not work. Destiny tells me "Oh, we know there's a problem with it". I try multiple times to be told card is declined because the chip reader wont work and she insists on having me swipe it. Destiny goes so far to take my card from me and swipe it after I tell her that the type of card it is requires a chip reader if there is one available and will not allow you to swipe it. At this point I decided not to purchase any of the items I had picked out using a different card because her attitude about this, along with the stares from other customers who were backing up in line. Plus the way she had played around and allowed the gentleman to yell "retarded" at the top of his lungs in a business really with was starting to weigh on me and I decided to not only put back my personal purchases, but also the items that I was going to buy for my company using the company card. Then ad I go to leave to go to my car and I see another associate outside on her break and asked for the manager's name and explain to her what happened. She tells me that yes they know that back card reader is bad. So why do we move customers from one line that I was in to another 1 were you know your equipment is Faulty? Desty should not be allowed to work with the public if she is going to basically take her breaks on the clocks and have male visitors who are very in appropriate yelling things in the store. As I sit in the parking lot writing this review, I just watched a caretaker and a woman with Down Syndrome walk into the store. I am so glad that they were not in the store 15 minutes ago when this was going on because I'm sure at this point there would be a major complaint to your corporate office if a caretaker of someone with a mental disability heard your staff allowing their friend to yell "retarded" all around the store and joke and laughed with him. At this point I would probably not set foot in the store anymore as long as this is the type of staff that you employ.

Also, there is usually something that I need that is on clearance. I come in here so much that the manager knows my face and always speaks to me whenever she sees me. This store is completely useless. It is an unaffiliated franchise and they can't really help with…read moreanything and the staff revels in their ability to be useless. We signed up for T-Mobile internet in 2024 and were the victims of a sales scheme to sign people up for the service even if they weren't technically in the service area. At first they sent us a device that was only capable of providing about a week's worth of service before it ran out. Instead of admitting that they sent us the wrong device, they added more whatever to that device and by the end of the month, we owed $400 of which they refused to give us a credit. When they finally sent us the correct device and the service was weak, they suggested that we order a Nest system that was $200. We were able to use the system for almost a year when it began to fail last week. The company has now admitted that a sales person used our old address in order to sell us the plan because the address (two blocks away) where we live now, isn't in the coverage zone. As a bonus, since we have been using our hot spots so much, they have throttled our phones and we have almost no service on those. What a horrible company! We now have a more expensive plan with Spectrum and the service is so spotty that we can't watch tv in our bedroom or use our laptops in the office. Loving this experience!

I visited this store looking for a Bible study on the Gospels. As someone who has been an atheist…read moremy whole life and got baptized in 2024 and is actively working to strengthen my relationship with God, this was my very first time shopping for a Bible study in a religious store. I was genuinely excited to support a local small business for this milestone. When I entered, the woman working gave a brief hello but seemed completely uninterested in helping me. I am pretty self-sufficient, so I didn't think much of it at first. However, when a black couple walked in shortly after, her demeanor completely shifted and she was absolutely more welcoming, attentive, and warm with them. I noticed the store's decor and inventory lean toward a specific demographic, which is fine because that is their vibe but as a newcomer to religion, I couldn't help but feel that this experience perfectly fits the negative narrative that many atheists have about religious spaces. I just want to point out the irony: I actually bought something, and the other couple didn't. I'll let that speak for itself. It is incredibly disappointing to have this be my introduction to a faith-based business. I will not be returning.
