Im like "well I didnt pay with cash I paid with card so can I still get my money on my card?" I was told no, I would either has to put it on a gift card or use store credit. Why should I be forced to buy something else to sort of get my value back? Then theres ONE sign, and its hiding behind a tv monitor. Go figure.

The young lady that I interacted with was very nonchalant. Uncaring. She told me to put in a work order for the 50 copies. She wasn't doing anything but standing there. When I inquired why I needed to come back and she wasn't doing anything, she called for the manager. He came and express the same sentiment's. Put in a work order. Whatever!!! I went to self print. Guess what, it wasn't working. The manager still had to come over and help me. Then, he had issues too. After all the time of going back and forth with the printer, she could have printed them from the beginning. Long story short, the manager gave me the prints for free because of all the hassle.

Well, Dollar Tree brought out Family Dollar. With this being said, in some locations when you see…read morethe 2 stores combined you get the best of both worlds. Dollar tree savings starting at $1.25 along with Family Dollar general merchandise. The downside is that there's so much stuff everywhere. The store is super packed with merchandise. When customers knock stuff over that don't pick it up. From what I can see, they're understaffed because the associate was the cashier and the stocker at 10am. Needless to say I didn't find what I was looking for. I'll try it out again in a future visit.
