When I inquired why I needed to come back and she wasn't doing anything, she called for the manager. He came and express the same sentiment's. Put in a work order. Whatever!!! I went to self print. Guess what, it wasn't working. The manager still had to come over and help me. Then, he had issues too. After all the time of going back and forth with the printer, she could have printed them from the beginning. Long story short, the manager gave me the prints for free because of all the hassle.

The other day we went in to get our usual drinks and we noticed that there were new workers but didn't think much of it. When the drink came out we immediately knew something was off with our drinks because its italian SODA, which typically comes out clear, but this time it wasn't. The workers had added MILK to our SODA. My husband said it was fine and brushed it off but I am lactose so I can't do dairy drinks. We ended up throwing the drinks away when we got home and you can see the separation from the soda, milk, and the melted ice. It just looked unappealing. Two of the blouses were on the clearance rack and cost $11.99! Cato made it super easy and FAST to pick up a few complete outfits w/o wasting time or energy that I had neither one of. I also, got a watch (that I really like!) for $11.99, too! They have a large plus size section, a small amount of kids clothes and tons of accessories. Now, I don't normally wear "dressy" clothes, but it was nice to run in there quickly and get some things at great prices. I will stop in more frequently.

One good thing about this location, it's not nearly as cluttered as the TM store I have most frequently shopped. It is organized and you are able to actually shop and LOOK at the merchandise. They do have a lot of Yankee candles at reasonable prices and Paula Deen cookware. It's the kind of place that you have to shop frequently to find a gem. This place is a joke. There is a mark down area in the back of the store. My wife picked up a few…read morethings to buy upon checking out the lady comes over and grabs two things and said these are marked down by mistake since they came in yesterday. WTF? she said you can pay full price for them if you want. Now mind you one item was damaged. We stated that's not our fault it's marked one price but you're telling us different she said it was by mistake and just turned around and walked away. So we decided not to buy anything and just leave and never come back.
