Our first Pokémon lesson with Storm was an absolute blast! As complete beginners, both my 9-year-old daughter and I were a little nervous, but Storm immediately made us feel comfortable. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making us feel overwhelmed. What really stood out was how welcoming and fun she made the entire experience. Her enthusiasm for teaching is contagious, and she has a wonderful way of connecting with kids while making sure everyone is included and having a great time. By the end of the lesson, our daughter was already talking about coming back and can't wait to join the kids' Pokémon League. We're so grateful for such a positive first experience and are looking forward to many more lessons with Storm. Highly recommend! read more

I've been a customer here for a few years, stopping in here and there and picking up little things along the way. Recently, though, I've found myself coming in a lot more often, and I couldn't quite figure out why. This morning it finally hit me -- it's the atmosphere. From the old location to this one, something just feels different in the best way. Around April, I noticed that this became a place I genuinely wanted to stop by almost every day. The shop is fun, welcoming, and just an enjoyable place to hang out. The staff are hilarious and make the experience even better. Storm has been great with the Pokémon kids, and the baristas are all extremely talented. Every time I come in, I'm greeted and made to feel welcome. JR has also gone out of his way several times to make sure both myself and other customers are taken care of. He has always been extremely professional, helpful, and great with customers. I'm not sure if he's the manager or if he's in charge of the Pokémon/card side of things, but either way, he and the rest of the staff are doing an awesome job. My husband and I have been going here for the last couple of months for our drinks because they are very addicting. The other day we went in to get our usual drinks and we noticed that there were new workers but didn't think much of it. When the drink came out we immediately knew something was off with our drinks because its italian SODA, which typically comes out clear, but this time it wasn't. The workers had added MILK to our SODA. My husband said it was fine and brushed it off but I am lactose so I can't do dairy drinks. We ended up throwing the drinks away when we got home and you can see the separation from the soda, milk, and the melted ice. It just looked unappealing. I get an iced mocha often! It's real cheap and really tasty! I love how they aren't just a cafe!

While finishing a game only 6 minutes after closing (with other customers still seated and playing, me and a fellow Magic player were yelled at by a cashier (Matt). I have been a loyal customer for the past two locations but I will not be returning with him there. Generally he is unpleasant to me and often to other players (specifically Magic player) He hunched over and got in our faces 15 minutes before close with a rude comment. After loudly complaining about us, he was told how rude he was and responded by calling us rude for staying over. We informed him that neither I or the other player would be returning, he replied that with One Piece that wouldn't be necessary. I don't usually write reviews, but I also dont usually have to deal with a cashier yelling at their customers. read more

This place is so cute! Came here after lunch for a lotus smoothie. I opted for the purple lotus with boba. It was delicious!! The store is super cute with lots of really fun and unique gifts and games. They have tables set up too where people can play games. read more

I LOVE this place! I can get bubble tea, snacks, and play board games?! There's a variety of drinks to choose from - not your traditional flavors. There's a wall of free boardgames to choose from. There's obviously other games, art, etc you can purchase as well. Service was super friendly, there was coloring available for your little one. Plenty of parking. There are tables for larger group play in an adjacent room but I think require reservations. Can't wait to come back again! read more

Place is absolutely awesome. The staff are courteous and kind and very helpful. I go there frequently to play and to purchase.

Drove an hour to go here and it did not disapoint. The staff was nice and had a huge selection of cards to choose from. They give you a fair price for both buying and selling cards. Also hosts tournaments for certain games on certain days (mostly weekly. Would only change if there was an event or a holiday). I would definitely say that this is the best shop to go to for this kind of stuff. read more

This place is AMAZING!! It's a great place to hang out and play board games, they have a selection of games for you to play or you can bring your own. My husband and I LOVE their specialty coffees and boba teas. The staff is kind, welcoming, and accommodating if you have any special drink requests or questions. I went in yesterday to trade in some cards in the evening around 1sh-2sh the guy at the counter asked if I needed help by the looks of it he looked like he didn't want to be there also had a stern but kinda irritated face made some facial gestures when I said I didn't want to trade certain cards it's like we'res the excitement you work in trading card place I would be that ecstatic happy person that looks forward to work anywho could've been better read more

This is a great little game shop with lots of room for playing games with your friends. I was invited here by a friend of mine and had a great time meeting new people and learning how to play new games. It also has a quaint coffee shop, which is a nice touch. Real close to Fort Bragg, so it is in a prime location for soldiers to relax and socialize. read more
