Even when they run out of certain teas or toppings, they're usually able to make more, which is something I haven't experienced at some of the other boba shops in the area. The staff has always been friendly as well. This honestly would have been a 4-star review, but I'm taking off a star because I purchased a Labubu that turned out to be a counterfeit. I paid $20, which is around the retail price of an authentic Pop Mart Labubu, and it was sold as if it were genuine. Since the store has an "all sales are final" policy sign, I think it's important to be transparent about that. It doesn't bother me enough to make a huge fuss with the owner and I'll still keep it because it's just a plush, but it's the principle of selling a fake item as authentic. Overall, I still recommend Queen Bee Boba for the drinks and service. Just be cautious if you're buying merchandise. I'm not saying everything they sell is counterfeit, but I can confirm the Labubu I purchased was fake after comparing it to authentic ones I own.
