I really like shopping at GameStop. They answered all my questions (about a totally new to me game system), gave great recommendations, and even advised me of things not to buy. We always add their in store warranties that cover systems, controllers, and games. Totally worth it. read more

Definitely not that bad of a place like the other comment. It appears they are 1 star givers for every place they visit, take a look. GameStop is always a great place when you want to avoid Walmart. Prices are comparable and staff are generally friendly. I give it 4/5 because GameStop as a whole doesn't give you adequate value for trade ins. read more

The guy with the 80's woman's haircut and trendy tattoos got mouthy with me 10 seconds after I entered the place and asked one question about a product. I looked around and brought to his attention that we were all alone in the building, he shut his bitch add mouth and turned white as a ghost. So I'm trying to give my money to local businesses but in the case of gamestop they didn't want it. I only ask the question why? Is the Hermiston location doing so well they can turn away customers? I saw a bundle package for an xbox one in tricities instead of buying it there, I went into our local gamestop in Hermiston Oregon and boy was I disappointed. I went up to the sales person and I said "do you have any xbox ones she said I got one for 300. I said do you have any bundle ones? She said not that I know of, I said wouldn't you know? she said well I'm not always told everything". Ok. I read the preowned sign above the registers which says the cost of the preowned consoles. I asked the sales person how many preowned ones do you have available she said none. So I asked why is the sign up there she didn't know. I asked can you order me one? She said it would be easier for you to go up to the tricities. Really so why do you even open your doors? Ya wont waste my time again. read more
