One thing that really makes this place great is the owners and staff. These guys and gals have a real passion for music and are extremely knowledgable. This is rather refreshing because most corporate ran music stores have a staff that doesn't know Billie Holiday from Billy Idol. If you're looking to beef up your Vinyl collection, look no farther. They have the largest selection and best prices in Morristown. If you are reading this and have never heard anything on vinyl, I implore you to stop reading now, acquire a record player, then resume reading this review. Believe me, your ears will thank you once you have done so. Another great thing about Retro is you never know what you might find from day to day. There is always something different. I have found the occasional out of print item at a dirt cheap price that just makes my day! However, if you can't find what your looking for, they will order it for you at no extra cost. Customer service is trash and hateful towards basically anyone who isn't one of the shop "bros". Unethical pricing or distribution products that are in print might as well loop Cardboard Shuffle with GameStop at this point. It's incredible this place has a 4.6 star rating with the type of people that work here. Holding product for shop friends and having it displayed like it is for sale ust to be told "I am holding that for some friends that are coming by to get it. Try again another day anc good luck waiting in line." I have been a business owner for a long time and to see such childish and pitiful customer service, I will never spend another dollar in this store when I come back in to town tc visit family Karma catches up with you. Treat people with respect and don't be greedy with pricing on distribution products. If you're struggling that padly, maybe close the shop and get a job somewhere else.

Won't even look at my cards unless I sell them immediately, and they won't even consider buying cards if they're not fully rare or mythic. Refused to look at any MTG cards at all. The woman there grabbed a giant stack of my collection and said they'd just throw them in the trash. I get that not every card can be winners, but it's not the way you treat someone's cards even if they're only a penny, and I priced them below that.
