I used to go here it was ok but first of all the last employee I'm pretty sure he was depressed and the kinet was 100 dollars and the reason I'm writing this review is they price the games wrong and it drives me insane. The reason I'm giveing it 4 star is that there is a really nice guy who genuinely likes working there and he checks disks for scratches and everything I would really like going here if they improve. I had a horrible experience, workers complaining about there job, Didn't put the discs in the games when I bought them. And unhappy customers everywhere. I will never come here again and neither should you. No credit or offer for inconvenience and took 30 minutes just to find the correct game disc I am very disappointed. read more

Took my son up to this store to exchange his headphones a second time in less than a year because they keep breaking. I had a warranty both times. I exchange the headphones pay 15$ for a warranty, get home the brand new headphones don't work. I go back up there like I'm done with this company I want a refund to get different headphones. I can't get my 15$ back so I just got scammed. I literally bought the headphones an hour ago. I get why after a day or week or month you can't be refunded the 15$ but I just bought them and your product was once again defective. They didn't even have another new pair to sell me. I have been going to this GameStop my whole life and the last time I was in this store I was so disappointed on the lack of customer support. In fact I was actually shocked that GameStop let employees like that work there. I got nothing but disrespect. Not a very good way to treat your loyal customers GameStop. Awful return policy I had a one year warranty on a Xbox controller and they would not accept it and kept saying that we needed to contact the manufacturer. I am very disappointed with this but however the customer service is quite nice. I would recommend buying stuff from Costco because they have a good return policy unlike game stop. Always crowded and very disorganized. Staff appears to have little knowledge about what they're selling, and their merch is overpriced. I bought a used controller there for my xbox, and it broke within a month. read more
