Let me start by saying that Bill, the Manager, and Nick, the associate who helped me, were both very professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about giving me a good experience as a customer. I had a bad experience in another store, and made GameStop aware through their customer survey line. Not long after, I was reached out to by Lydia, one of the heads of customer service to follow up on my feedback. She was incredibly helpful and really made me feel like GameStop took my feedback seriously. She hooked me up with the Massapequa store and Bill, who completely turned my whole experience around! On Tuesday October 29/2019 I went to games stop and arrived 3 minutes witch was 8:57 PM and the door was still open there were customers inside when the young girl that was at the register said with an attitude do you know what you buying and I reply yes I am looking for a game for daughter than she reply no we are closing than I said can you please give me five minutes to look for the game that is appropriate for my daughter to play and she said no you I give you one minute with a bad attitude I could look for the with all the time that I was in the store but she kick us out sending us to the mall.my advise they should have the right candite for the store .which is with more respect to the customers.poin been I just went to by a game and got treated unfairly. read more

Went in looking to see about pre-ordering a new game. Staff was helpful and was able to help out. Pretty cut and dry. Place sells video games. How complicated should that really be? Maybe if wanted to find a 17th level wizard or a super gamer nerd I would have been disappointed, or maybe they have changed some employees since the prior review was posted. read more
