This is my new in and out store for picking up cauliflowers and dark chocolate. It is very convenient for me since It is on the way to my boy s school. Few shoppers in the morning. Love that! The staff at this particular location ate genuine, sweet , patient, very helpful, efficient and polite. They will approach you and ask if you need any help! No other big chain stores are like this. Usually we have a good experience shopping at target. Yesterday we bought about $150. worth of goods. There was 1 cash register open with approximately 8 people with shopping carts. People with less items went to express checkout which had a ridiculous long line. Again, 1 checkout open. I looked for a manager and was told there was no manager. Finally after some pursuing I found someone that was in charge. He was somewhat rude, and told me he was having his meal. He got on his intercom and opened another register. It took my wife close to 25 minutes to get too the register. What i learned dealing with customers is there is no excuse. It is not the shoppers problem that you were having a meal. You should always have someone overseeing the store that can make a simple decision to enhance customer satisfaction. read more

It's not often that I'm willing to go to a big box store, but when I do, I always seem to have a great experience when I come into the local Target. The store is always very clean and comparatively speaking, extremely well staffed. On my latest visit I came in for some printer ink- a thing I would normally go to a closer store for- but since the store that usually has that was out, I bypassed the "$10 off and free shipping" and got what I needed here. There are always tons of people who are friendly and polite on staff to point you to the right area and answer any questions. What more could you ask for in a local retailer? I offered to pay the difference, they did not want to give credit, adjust amount instead they called police on me. I was never discourteous or belligerent in any way. When trying to get a solution, to which i don't know, since I'm not a target employee, had a hostile old woman yelling at me. I was never a big Target person. I have gone, but I was never one to be all about it. Then I had a baby. I am there once a week now at least. The place is huge. The prices for diapers and formula are the best around from my experience. If they don't have it on the shelf, they might have it in the back or order it for pick up. It is a big game changer. It has a CVS pharmacy, but the hours aren't late. It has a grocery area, but it isn't a supermarket. I am constantly picking up all things there for my wife. I highly recommend this place. The only drawback is the cashiers to customers on line when it gets busy. read more

This Target is beautiful and HUGE! We came here after visiting the disaster that is Kmart down the road. I love most, if not all, Target locations. The outside of this one looks like it belongs in a garden. The inside is clean, bright, and the aisles are nice and wide. Even on a Sunday it wasn't as packed as some other nearby locations. Plenty of checkout lines with a friendly staff and self-checkout is available too. The cafe area is cute with a Starbucks and big windows so you can people watch Jericho Tpke. Plenty of groceries available in the back. Clothes are right up front. Toiletries are neatly stocked by the pharmacy (which was closed quite early on a Sunday). Huge electronics section. And as always, use your Cartwheel app paired up with your RED card and save ALL the money. Okay, I really love Target, can you tell? read more

I have been eagerly awaiting the grand opening of Target for months. I watched it being built while reminiscing about my middle school dances held at the Town House still in shock they chose to tear it down. I was very disappointed. The set up is very poor. Upon entering you immediately have the women's clothing department to your left. What woman wants to model a potentially new sweater in the mirror right next to the entrance where people are constantly walking in and out? Not me. The aisles were messy and bare. The produce was not very fresh. Customer Service workers were a bit unprofessional and spent more time chit chatting with each other rather than assisting customers. I'm going to chalk the iffy experience up to the fact that they are new and it's the holiday season. As for the organization of the store, eek. I don't see that changing. read more

I like this location a lot. It's on the site of the decades old Huntington Town House. The staff here is above average and nice and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked...... The parking lot is HUGE and strangely divided into 2 sections. So there is plenty of room... so WHY WHY WHY is the "mouth" of the entrance/exit to the store--barely big enough for 2 medium sized cars to get through ???????????????????????????????????? (I don't think 2 large SUVs would fit at the same time! And around here- this is SUV-Land !!) It funnels the entire big and busy parking lot onto a TOO SMALL exit/enter space. REALLY bizarre !! And kinda dangerous if 2 cars are in a hurry and not slowing down to 5 miles per hour. My last review stating this...got pulled off. WTF?? read more

let's start the review with i do enjoy this target and recommend to shop here over wal-mart which always seems to be a chaotic experience there. the amount of parking is nearly unlimited so don't complain about the parking! check out is normal like any store depending the time and what day you shop (i am a nighttime shopper.) I do however feel this target focuses on food rather than merchandise. There's an entire side of the store with just food products.. this isn't supposed to be a grocery store target! i feel there a times though that stock isn't refilled for a while i never asked a worker about it. there have been times I'd check the stock everyday on the app and still wasn't restocked. the stores very clean and flooded with workers who seem to be all teenagers though not that it's an issue but we know teens aren't usually the most reliable and eager to talk to customers at any kind of store. lastly, my one complaint that has bothered me was last week i went in for a specific item a few times waiting for it to be restocked and there were 3 associates in electronics at their personal register just talking about non work related conversations. there's nothing wrong with having a good time at work but when a customer is blatantly standing by staring at all 3 of you for at least 3 minutes and there's no acknowledgement is just wrong. i decided to walk around and make it my last stop and the guys were still all there so i that's when i had to intervene and ask my question for help. that was just one experience in electronics otherwise I love this target read more

Considering how many shopping carts we need to use in our lives, the fact that the shopping carts at this Target drove so smoothly was actually worth me opening up the Yelp app and putting it here in a review. The pharmacist here (it's a CVS pharmacy *in* the Target) is the nicest, friendliest, and the most patient and helpful pharmacist I've ever come across. She's happy to answer questions and double check that insurance covers prescriptions. Store itself is a standard Target with everything you could possibly need (including a Starbucks) and I've found the staff here is readily available to help direct me to items. My son just had a situation at Target. My wife and I bought him Assasins Creed for Xbox for Christmas not realizing he already has it. He tried to exchange it for another game and they told him that he could not. They proceeded to tell him that they credited the original credit card back the money and that they could not do anything else for him. So My wife checked her credit card and they only credited half of the cost of the game. When we called target back they said the game is now on sale at 50% off. So we told them we paid full price how can they do that, the game wasn't even open. They did not care and they said because it's Christmas time they would email a $25 gift card. So even after that she still lost $11 plus tax. Shame on you Target. Very bad business. read more

It's clean and convenient, but the sales tags never seem to match up with the item on the shelf. I think it's done deliberately. Also, went out in the snow to get milk for the kids and the Horizon organic skim milk, which is usually good for a couple of months, expired 2 WEEKS AGO. That means its been out for a LONG time. I went to target today with my infant son to get formula for him and took 10 bottles off the shelf which they had left. I got to the register and the lady first asked me how I was paying so I said food stamps I went to the register and started ring up my items and then she saw the formula bottles and told me your only allowed to buy 5 which there are no signs by the formula that stats that and I think target should know that an infant who is 11 months old drinking 7 ounces of formula goes through 1 bottle within 1 day. So she only let me purchase 5 bottles and took the rest I had. So then I asked her if I could go to a different register to purchase the rest which I had money for but she acted like I was going to steel them so her response -no cause there are cameras and they are watching. So heads up to mothers expecting or mothers with infants target only lets you buy 5 formulas at a time. read more

Pretty standard run of the mill Target, it's basically the high end Walmart for the average consumer. I honestly hate Walmart and Target is all love. This particular location is very new, probably only a year old, if that. With new comes more efficiency with everything. There are usually an ample amount of employees working, decent amount of cashiers, so you typically do not have to wait very long during checkout, the carts are all new, and the shelves are usually very well stocked. Employees are usually very friendly, which is nice for any retail business, especially for a larger chain. I'm a frequent flier here, mostly because of the proximity to where I live, but also it's almost a one stop shop for pretty much all of my needs, they have a little of everything here. Their hours are decent, open weekdays until 11pm and Sunday's until 10pm. They have a bit of grocery, in addition to the normal Target items as well. Parking is more than sufficient, and you don't have to drive around aimlessly to find an open spot. On an odd note, I came here last year for Black Friday pretty early, and even with all the specials and deals they had, this location was not busy at all. I would say maybe 50 people in the store at the time I went, which was pretty late/early. All in all, this is a great place to shop, as I'm sure most people have either heard of, or been to a Target store before, so I'm really not saying anything new. 4 Stars. read more

I was profiled at self-checkout. It's not rocket science to scan items. I was quick. The employee claims she was just checking where she pointed out several times if I had scanned each item. If she was actually watching she would've seen me pick up and scan the few big items I had. Then the shopper next to me had to react towards me. Inside and at the parking lot. Horrible experience. Please train your employees properly so as to not offend shoppers. I will not be going back here. read more
