They didn't even try to rectify the situation. The market is built on trust between buyer and seller and this seller can not be trusted. I will not ever purchase any cards from these people online and I suggest everyone do the same.

There's a 30 day warranty on your purchase so I feel much more comfortable purchasing here rather than ebay or other online retailers. Also, the place is just crammed full of games and stuff which I love to sift through. My last experience was nice, I was greeted by the salesman but allowed to browse in peace until I had a question. He held up a friendly chat about games from that generation when I brought it up. I'll definitely come back anytime I'm in the area.

I understand policy, but when sold an item that never worked I think you should make exceptions. The workers are all still very pleasant and I can't complain about their service.
