It's nice that they help the homeless but it's bad for business to have them squatting there. He stinks worse then stench that emits from Karen's desk. Karen said she sells the piled crap online but it looks like a hoarders home. If you can catch Mike at the shop alone I'd recommend coming here, but if you have to deal with Karen, turn around and walk.

The man called me on Wednesday to give me an update, and he called me again on Thursday to let me know my laptop couldn't be fixed without a significant cost. It turned out to be an issue with the logic board which was out of my budget to fix as a student. During the phone call, the same guy explained the problem to me in incredible detail so I could make an informed choice about what to do next. I could tell his priority was finding a solution I was happy with because he kindly answered every question I had with a positive attitude and clear answers. I trusted his expertise a lot and I probably would have said yes to any service he recommended + I am appreciative he didn't treat my situation as a cash grab. I ended up buying a new laptop because it cost about $200 more than getting the logic board fixed. Per the man's recommendation, I purchased Apple Care, too. I highly recommend The MacMan!

When they brought me my computer it was totally disassembled and the screen was further damaged and the whole computer had dirt and a sticky residue all over it. I was quite upset! Steve (the owner) refused to put it back together and give me the work order on it. So I took what was once a computer over to quick fix and they told me that "who ever took this apart still has the protective glass, screws and part of the screen and all this will have to be replaced." Also they said the top plug in for the computer screen had been damaged when it was disassembled. After learning parts are still missing I called Steve to say that I'm coming to get the parts. Steve cocked and attitude and said " I can mail them to you but you better not come back to my store". So I called the cops and they had to come out while i went to ask Steve for my parts back. Steve acted dumb and said I don't have them. Sooooooooooooooooo now I have to replace the whole top because Steve at Computer Masters has no idea what he is doing. Later that day Steve Fritz called and threatened me twice AND called my place of business because I wrote a review on his Facebook page and yelp. THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! Very unprofessional Steve "the criminal" Fritz.
