Love, Love, Love this company. Forever, I thought AT&T probably hung the moon. I was even afraid to switch because I'd been with them for somewhere close on Cellular to 40 years. Try to stop something you don't want through AT&T. You literally have to go into the store to stop something. Go to T Mobile. See what you can get thru the. I really enjoy my Netflix, Hulu. TUBI AND Pluto. All free on your phone, and you can hook it up to your home TV. Best switch and only switch I've ever done for cell phone. I would not go back to my illusion of the Granbury of the other cell phone company. I know this was supposed to be internet service but if it has AT&T on it attached in anyway or buying out an existing company. I'm out. I can't stand this company. Be aware if you go with these people. Make sure the letter they send you either says do what you want with their equipment or they tell you to return it. I stop using them once. Got an email tell me to bring in my used equipment. About a week later I got another email tell me to just keep it. They didn't want it back. Then they sent me another email several weeks later telling me they were going to sue me because I hadn't returned their equipment. I called them and told them let's dance. I've got all my documentation of what you told me to do two different times. In fact I still have their equipment just I'm case. You do business with them if you desire but look at their rating.

The phone I bought wasn't even connected and didn't exist in Verizon's system, which led to a frustrating series of issues. I had to make 2 trips to the store to try to transfer my service, and the problem still wasn't resolved on the spot. This turned what should have been a simple upgrade into a prolonged time sink filled with repeated follow-ups and visits. Bottom line: If you're trying to save time, Verizon is not the place to go. Prepare for potential delays, avoid peak times if possible, and bring all relevant documentation (order number, proof of purchase, ID, transfer PINs, device IMEI). If time is critical, consider alternatives or at least have a plan for escalation to a supervisor. The fact that they sent me home with the phone that was a brick and were unable to activate it for four hours sitting on the phone wait hold and in store. Originally told me it was gonna take 24 hours to activate my phone after they already canceled my other one. Store manager didn't even have the audacity to come out and speak with me and placed blame on Corporate. But was told they've never seen this before in history of their store. But yet the manager still can't come out. Thanks Daken for your help

Never happened. I have spent HOURS on the phone resetting device etc. was sent a new box yesterday after order for new box on Feb 11 was cancelled for unknown reason. I'm 1 year into a 3 year contract. Very poor service. Very unhappy customer service. Store rep was very happy to sell the service but when I went back with service issues I was pretty much ignored and told to call 611. I hate the Verizon service. I totally expect an account credit for no service. Can't wait to find a new carrier.

My wife and I have been loyal customers for 10 years, but after this experience, we're seriously considering switching providers. We went to the store to trade in our phones and upgrade, as my wife was eligible for a solid promo. The associate told me that if I paid off the small remainder of my current phone's payment plan, I would also be eligible for the same promo. Sounds great, right? Well, turns out that was completely false. On my next bill, I saw that we did not have the same promo. After calling the store manager and US Cellular customer service, I was told that because I paid off my phone early, I was not actually eligible for the promo--something the associate conveniently forgot to mention. And to make matters worse, they told me I could not trade my new phone back in for my old one. So basically, I paid extra money just to get a worse deal. If that wasn't enough, the associate also told us about a promo for an Apple Watch. I specifically asked for a 12-month payment plan, and they confirmed it. Surprise! Turns out the promo only applied to a 24-month plan. And just like before, when I called to get it fixed, the manager and customer service both said there was nothing they could do. To top it all off, when I called to get this resolved, I was told that the associate who gave me all this misinformation had already been fired. That really makes me wonder--how many other people had the same experience we did? How many other customers were misled and overcharged because of bad information? After 10 years of being a loyal customer, this is how we're treated? At this point, I have zero trust in US Cellular associates. If they can't even properly explain promotions, what are they getting paid for? This experience has convinced me to start looking for another provider. If you're considering US Cellular, especially the Norman, Oklahoma location, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
