I am writing this review based solely on the guy who helped us and 2 other guys that also came to help! I am beyond please with his customer service skills, his personality, his knowledge and experience and his genuine attitude toward making us feel welcome and happy! We went in on a Sunday evening about 5:30pm not realizing that they close at 6. He welcomed us with a smile and joke as soon as we walked in. He listened to what we was looking for and fit our needs perfectly with what he offered. We were so pleased with his customer service that we decided to go ahead and buy the phones. We had issues with getting my particular phone switched over so it took awhile and we were still there til almost 8. We apologized several times and he just kept reassuring us that he was happy to help and that's what he was there for. We had to go back the next day to finish the backup and he greeted us quickly and seemed happy to see us! Yet again he stayed longer to help us when he was supposed to go home! My husband and I got to know him and the other two guys that helped us. Jt was the tech savvy guy who came and offered help and sat and kept us company while we waited for the backup! I'm so pleased with these guys and they are the reason, especially lowrance, that we decided to join on the same day we walked in! Go check Verizon out, they have awesome deals going on right now! We checked all major carriers and they had the best! And when you go in, ask for Lowrance, if he's not working I promise you that you will want to go back when he is. Great service. The wife and I went in to compare service to ATT. We changed over and have had no regrets. The service at the store was top notch! The people at the store did not rush us and we left with the hardware we decided on before getting there. I have talked to Verizon customer service a couple of times, there was no long wait, no transferring my call around, just someone on the other end that helped solve my problem. I was apprehensive changing from ATT, I had been with them since the Bell South days. We now have unlimited data and it is costing me the same as my old 16 gig plan. read more

We got done upgrading phones at the store and we aren't real happy with the CS. I feel we just got tag teamed by the sales people and sold things we didn't want but didn't want to make a big fuss in the store. I did complain to Verizon to get my data back and to fix the discount were were told we were getting. When we got in the store we were met by first one person then two. The salesman was rush rush mood even though they weren't really busy. We picked out our I phones and talked about how much our bill would change. He said our bill would only change by only $25 a month with this new plan but he was wrong when I called Verizon afterwards because he didn't complete everything.. Then he tried to sell me the new protective glass for the phone for $40 each and I TOLD him I wasn't interested because we never have broken or scratched a phone screen in 20 years. After we got our phone cases I asked him I wanted to see and itemized bill before we paid for the phone. He started to pull it up and an other saleslady rushed us over and distracted us by talking about bundling everything to get extra items. I saw him running my card before I could say anything. Then as he was transferring things off our old phones to the new ones I noticed he putting screen protector on my wife s phone and started on mine. I asked him what he was doing, he said I am putting on the protective glass I told you about. (This is where I didn't want to make a fuss in the store) I thought what the hell because he already charged them on our card too? As we headed home we got a Verizon notice that our data showed only 10% left on our account. Got thinking that night and thought I needed to check with Verizon to see if that stupid salesman used our cell data rather than the stores WiFi? Verizon check and almost all our data was used to transferred thing from our old phone to the new ones!!! The salesman using our all data was the final straw!!!! What a terrible place to get a phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE or you will get ripped off like we did. We should have gone to the Verizon Store in Norman because they have always treated us right for many years. read more

I came into this store today to trade in/cell my old iPhone 6. It was busy and there was only 1 person working. When it was our time to be helped, the employee was very friendly and courteous. My mom was with me, who had surgery not too long ago and is using a walker. He brought a chair over so that she could sit down while we were being helped. This was our first time going to this store and it will not be our last. We've been to the store off I-35 and the employers are rude and unfriendly. We started driving out of our way and going to Norman store whenever we needed something done with our phones. But after the positive trip we encountered at this store - we will definitely be going back for all of our phone needs. read more

Stay away from Verizon. My contract was supposed to end 8/6/16. A couple of weeks prior I get on my acct and find it extended to 11/6/16. I chat with CS and they said bc we went from 2 lines to 1 line that extended our contract. I said my husbands contract was up you can't extend a contract bc my husbands contract expired and he didn't resign. I find out today it was bc I was sold the 1gb plan b/c I don't use data and it would be cheaper. I was not told this change would extend my contract. My eye has been on 8/6/16. The chat CS said ok, we can take care of that for you but you have to call CS. I did the following week. Explained the situation and she said no problem we can take care of the for you. Your end date is 8/6/16. So on 8/6/16 I switch carriers. On 8/9/16 I get a bill for $152 with no explanation. I call today and am told it is an early termination fee. Neither CS rep said anything about being charged an early termination fee. Their solution is for me to reactivate my account. NEVER!!! Verizon was great when it was small. Today greed, dishonesty and corruption run wild in these big companies. Stay away. I even went into this store in Moore on Sunday to verify that everything was all good on my account. The guy checked it and said you bet. You are all good. Zero balance. Verizon is just like AT&T. Not ever going back! read more
