Very clean with a friendly staff. Their prices? I want to say competetive, but the big box stores and Amazon, especially during the winter hoildays/Black Friday probably beat the pants off them. You can buy new or used game system consoles and also new or pre-owned games. There's an "in store" trade in program for used games where you can get store credit or cash. Great place to do preorders for new games if you want to guarantee yourself a copy the first day of release. read more

I am a big fan of GameStop and love that they offer new and used games for our PS4. I stopped by there today in hopes of finding two games my husband has been wanting for his birthday. I tried taking the easy way out and ordered them on Amazon, but they got lost during delivery. So I took a chance on a brick and mortar store and SCORE! They had them. Nice associates. Gotta admit I'm pretty annoyed even hours later at this place. I walked in excited to ask the customer service rep about any potential progress on the Final fantasy 8 remaster. Yes. You read that right. FINAL FANTASY EIGHT REMASTER. NOT Final fantasy 7 remake. There's a difference. Not only in the titles, the gameplay, the storyline, or the mere meaning between REMAKE and REMASTER. I was basically questioned like I was some ditzy airhead that had no idea what I was talking about. Needless to say, I was trying to brush it off the entire time, especially since I used to WORK AT A GAMESTOP and just kept telling myself to ignore the way this individual was basically talking to me like I was stupid. But it was a little hard when he said "yeah you can check back on a release date for the 8 remaster if that is what they're working on to happen." Well, dudebro, it's being released tomorrow, FYI. So yeah, your location is def not getting my money for the 7 remake or any of their bonus content I'll be forking out for bc nerd that's why. read more

Clean. Staff is always friendly and chill. Usually dont have to wait in line. The typical overcrowded videogame store on weekends though..whiny babies kids fighting to play the new demos and that typical junk lol but I zipped by on my lunch break to preorder BF4 and was in and out in 10 minutes with a smile on my face. read more

First, let me say the staff have always been very polite and nice any time that I have gone into this location. My issue is, back in June of 2019 i went into the store to purchase a Marvel Legends Action Figure. No problem. The guy that rang me up urged me to preorder the next line of figures coming out because it would be easier to get them at once than trying to find each individual figure on its own. So I preordered the line of figures from the Marvel Legends Series (the Fat Thor Build a figure series) and the associate told me they would be here sometime in October. I had to pay 5 dollars per figure for the preorder(about 40.00 total) and I would pay the rest when the figures arrive. It is now 12/27/2019. I went into the store about a month ago just to make sure they didn't forget about me and no one really seemed to know what to do. Can I please just get my figures I preordered 6 months ago? They have been out for 3 months now! I don't recommend preordering from GameStop. Better to just order from literally anywhere else. read more
