Not a great selection. DVD I rented was scratched up beyond being able to watch it, and I had got…read moreit because I was in bed recovering from a surgery so I couldn't go back-and-forth at the time. So that was a bit of a bummer. Also the candy I bought was like a year expired. However I don't want to give this store a bad review overall because later I went back and they replaced both the movie and the candy. However, I still have to have them go behind the counter to get the candy with the most recent date. I guess they must not be getting as much traffic but it would be nice if they would pull the old stuff from the shelves. I have not rented videos there that don't work, since then, and I have rented a couple more times. Everyone there is always very friendly. They have a clean, accessible bathroom, which is always nice. Overall I like this place but the problems were a hassle so, since I have to consider both the product and the service, my review is lukewarm.

They were very good about it and made it up to me as well. I usually buy used games here and the prices are hard to beat. Although occasionally they will have a used game that is the same price as the new one, which never makes sense to me. In short, come here, buy games, save money.

I bought a Minecraft Xbox 360 game from the game stop in maple grove Minnesota and the disk they…read moregave me is not functional... it looks like someone sandpapered the back of the disk, i went to see what i can do since i bought it a week and a half ago and there 7 day return policy didn't even give me a chance to try the game out since the console wasn't at my house. I asked if i can exchange for another game or see what i can do but there was no budging what so ever... terrible experience, i never write reviews but ill never buy another used game from game stop again. The part that makes me the most shocked is they didn't even try the game or look at the back to see if there is disk damage before selling it to the customer and then saying there's nothing they can do.
