I try to buy local whenever possible but my curiosity got the best of me when I got home so I compared online prices. The game was $15 cheaper than Amazon or Ebay. I have read other reviews where people complain that the owner is rude. I didn't find him to be, he was very matter of fact and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how I can properly clean my NES game cartridges. I had been doing it wrong for years. Who knew?

Always up for playing a new game in my freetime, I used to frequent gamestop alot because of their…read moreused games sections, where I would be able to find the classics such as Fable: The Lost Chapters, or Conker's Bad Fur Day, Mario Party series, Ect... But then GS decided "Aaaah to hell with the old games section. Get it out of here!" So I watched the original Xbox games along with N64, Gamecube, and PS1 gmaes diminish. That makes me a sad panda. Still hopeful that GS is still the leading retailer of video games, I came back and preordered the new Halo 4 and Far Cry 3. When I returned the day after the release date of Halo, They had sold my copy of the preorder and made an excuse of "We never had a Pre order from you for Halo 4.." Even though I recieved confirmation e-mail of the shipped game the night before. LIARS! Anyways to make a long story short, they have gone down in quality, and the customer service is not anything to brag about here. Alot of pressure from all the sales team (Including the manager) And it just makes you uncomfortable. Ill just order my games online or go to target or something from now on.

So that was a bit of a bummer. Also the candy I bought was like a year expired. However I don't want to give this store a bad review overall because later I went back and they replaced both the movie and the candy. However, I still have to have them go behind the counter to get the candy with the most recent date. I guess they must not be getting as much traffic but it would be nice if they would pull the old stuff from the shelves. I have not rented videos there that don't work, since then, and I have rented a couple more times. Everyone there is always very friendly. They have a clean, accessible bathroom, which is always nice. Overall I like this place but the problems were a hassle so, since I have to consider both the product and the service, my review is lukewarm.
