I use to go to this GameStop when I was 9-14 years old. I left for the service, moved back to my hometown here in MN. I'm now 27 years old, and I still go to this very exact GameStop. If you want the best customer service I would always go after 2 pm because Aaron works at that time. He's very smart, very knowledgeable at what he is selling, and gives the best customer service on getting what you pay for, or helping you return things to get your money back. Great guy! read more

I have been to this location many times. It's the last remaining gamestop nearby that I can get to with relative ease and time. I would really really hate to see this store disappear like the one in Stillwater. 3 stars is because I don't have any real negative gripes other than the fact that some of the staff seems a little incompetant. When I walk into a gamestop I expect adult and mature conversations. I expect professionalism at least to an extent. With this gamestop I see teens that just wanted to work here. Dress cleanly. Don't be swearing. And actually engage with customers in a respectful way. Whatever manager manages this store you need to hire some serious backbones and get your store back on track. Adults. Pretty decent store. We decided on spur of the moment to buy an xbox. After doing so we took a drive around to find a gamestop. Decent prices and selection of used games here. We were here when they opened, a little before actually. About 5 minutes after the doors open the little shop was packed. People sure do love their video games. read more

Do not come to this GameStop. It's a bunch of young kids that don't know what their doing or how to work a register. There's only one guy that works there that knows how to work the register and print codes off for PlayStation but he's rarely there. Save yourself the headache and go to the Woodbury game stop. This is the worst Gamestop I've ever been to. They have horrible customer service, I wouldn't even rate them one star. Basically it's a bunch of braindead nerds that don't know anything about the games or the store their working at. It gives GameStop a horrible name and reputation.
