Fast forward to the next day, which was pick up, and my order was not made! I was so furious as they looked and checked for my order placement. Luckily, a similar order to mine was done, so I walked out with theirs order instead since I had no time to wait. Still, the experience was less than ideal and I would not recommend. The balloons were already too expensive, but that was exasperated by the additional bad service!

The Record Spot is a very small "hole-in-the-wall" shop, with enough room to fit maybe 5 or 6 folks standing inside flipping through the bins. The owner is super-friendly, and appears to have an affinity to late 70s, early 80s punk, new wave, and early modern rock. All of the pricing is on masking tape, priced fairly, and I couldn't find one record in the bin that was less than VG+ condition. Overall, the store is very well organized, and I recommend taking a look through the $1 and $2 bins. The sleeves in these bins are pretty beat, but the records I picked up all play clean and were a real bargain. I loved at the end, when I was checking out, how the owner wanted to know more about the records I was snagging. I picked up clean copies of U2's Boy and October at very fair prices, where he even shaved a couple of bucks off the total. If you're driving by fast enough, you'll miss this little gem of a record store. It's worth a visit if you're looking for classics in good shape at a fair price.

One of the employees Torre was incredibly helpful, kind, and intelligent. She's a great employee because she's great and fast at her job. When I was confused she would kindly help me understand what we were confused about. She was absolutely amazing and made my experience there a good one. Another employee Felicia at the other desk was in the front and she was amazing with her customers also. She had a great sense of humor and was hilarious. I can tell they're both hard workers and are doing a great job at their job.
