They've got some good stuff! I've picked up a few preorders from this location and they've never let me down. This store isn't as merch heavy as some of the others have become which in all honesty is kind of nice. It lets you focus on the games, and while there isn't a huge variety of 'retro' labeled games, I've been able to find a couple of said 'older gems.' The staff is always friendly and helpful, and make sure you get your discounts without trying to upsale. Definitely stop by if you're in the area. They seem to have a bunch good deals every so often that you won't want to miss out on. read more

We've been loyal customers at this GameStop for over a decade. My son loves this store, and normally the experience is great--especially when the regular guy is working. But Easter Saturday was a mess. A temporary employee (we've seen him at other stores before) rang us up. My son bought four games, and right away we noticed one of them was wrong. We politely pointed it out--the correct game was literally sitting behind the counter. Instead of fixing it, he argued with us and insisted he was right. Then it got worse--he told us, "If you don't like it, you can leave." We stayed, because we weren't going to let my son walk out with the wrong product. After waiting about 30 minutes, he processed it again... and gave my son the wrong game again. Only after being called out a second time did he finally correct it. Mistakes happen. But doubling down, dismissing customers, and repeating the same error is not acceptable. We'll keep coming back because of the good staff we've known for years--but this employee should not be dealing with customers. read more

Very happy with this company and location. Ian was extremely helpful. I know next to nothing about current games so I gave him a list of ones we have liked in the past and made some awesome suggestions for ones we'd like now. I was spending a little more than usual since the games were gifts for my husband, but I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier Jeremiah saved me $14 in coupons and helped me redeem my points on my account I didn't even know existed! I love Video Games. I've played them since college. Being a girl, sometimes when you go into a video game store, you don't always get the best service - for a lot of reasons. However, I am happy to report that the staff at this store are very nice and helpful - girl or no. WHY? 1. They didn't assume that I was there to purchase for the guy in my life. 2. They didn't assume I needed to have the gaming systems explained to me. AND 3. They didn't assume that I had no idea what I wanted. They let me walk around find the games I was looking for - and ask questions without being made to feel like I'm ignorant of the video game in question. Great job! read more

Here's what I've been experiencing after over 20 years of loyalty. In my experiences, this company has taken a bad turn. The insulting trade-in prices aside, I was also dooped by their "rewards" program. Honestly, this has been the best gaming experience slowly turning into one of the worst. First of all, I been saving my points for some time now so I could get a really nice reward, but I go in one day and discover that on my behalf Gamestop has cleared out all my points and gave me a $5 dollar off coupon. Woah woah woah excuse me what? "Oh they sent out an e-mail asking if you'd like to keep your points, if you didn't answer yes we cleared your points." So to understand this correctly I said, "I pay a subscription price for this rewards program, what about me renewing my subscription each year or using points in the past, recently to this point actually, told you I wasn't serious about my rewards program. I obviously didn't see the e-mail and over the 100 times I've come in in the past year NOT 1 SINGLE SIGN or EMPLOYEE ever stated what was about to happen to me." Basically robbing me of my dedication to saving and renewing, I feel they stole from and betrayed me. I asked them how often this was going to happen and their response was, "Oh this was only a one time thing," and then continued to point out an associate and brag about how he still had over 50,000 points because he saw the single e-mail that went out. Me and my party were quite disgusted by it, but ya know.. I let it go. Then I go in recently to get my preorder RE7.. and guess what, they sold it out from under me, even though I had money on it. "Oh I'm sorry sir, we sell people's preorders after 48 hours if they're not 100% paid off, sorry" and then smirked. I was in on day 3 in the morning, I had to work the previous days, and the game was already gone. So surprisingly sometime between closing and opening hours the next day my game was sold to a "random" customer; what they meant was an employee customer. Again no courtesy call, just theft, and so again Gamestop rips me off. Never in my history with gamestop have I had a preorder sold out from under me with-in the first couple days, or even at all. I have gone in for pre-orders days.. weeks.. even a month later at one point and never had an issue with this type of, what I'm calling, theft. Needless to say, I closed out all of my pre-orders well into 2018 (over $800 worth, I get deluxe editions so probably well over $1000) and I will never renew my pro-membership. Their loss. I have never been treated in such a reprehensible way in any consumer experience in my life. I still can't believe they cleared out my points inside a PAID-for rewards program subscription. read more

We've been to this GameStop a few times and really never had any issues. I do feel that GameStop doesn't really give you your money's worth when trading in items. Sadly, today was not a good day to go in. There were only 2 guys working the front, one was helping a customer in front of us and the other guy was putting away stuff and never greeted us. We were waiting in line for more than 10 min bc the customer in front was having issues with some stuff so the gentleman was helping her (which this didn't bother us and is understandable). The other guy, however, approached the counter after finishing some stuff. He just stood there and stared at us -- didn't ask us if we needed help with anything at all. JUST STOOD THERE, so we asked if he was ready and he said something along the lines of- well it's not gonna make me do my job easier if you just stand there (he said this with attitude). Shocked at his response, we said "oh well we weren't sure if you were ready for us or checking something else". We had some stuff we wanted to trade in to which he responded after he sighed "I'm supposed to be clocking out in a few minutes and I hate doing trade ins when I'm about to clock out." So we kindly responded "well we can come back or wait for someone else to assist us." He said "well I feel bad bc you guys have been waiting". He seemed very reluctant to help us. Luckily, he said we were missing a cable so he didn't have to do the dreaded trade in he did not want to do. I was so shocked! I don't think I've ever had that experience at a store before, being ignored is one thing but this is something else. I was glad to get out of that store. read more

I went in there 10/16 to by my first game console EVER. I got an XboxOne. The guy who helped me, his name was Ian. He was really helpfully with everything and set me up with a couple games I might like. I got home and had some troubles redeeming some codes for a free game and he was willing to help me over the phone. Great customer service. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I spent to much money there.. read more

This location and staff are very helpful. I've had nothing. It positive experiences when I go into this GameStop. It's near my house and the employees are knowledgeable. I feel the trade in values are low but better than a pawn shop. I read the other reviews about low game trade in prices, its possible they're over stocked on the games you're trying to trade so you'll get a lower offer. I'm always satisfied with my trades and enjoy doing business here :) read more

Bad all around preordered a Xbox 1 came again to pay it off and they said it didn't show up the money I've already put down. Then bought black ops 3 season pass and put the code in and it was already in use. Went back to ask what I can do and they where not helpful at all. I won't be going back to this game stop in particular. read more

Every Game Stop is horrible, but when I googled the name this location came up. The whole trade in deal is dumb. I went online to see how much an xbox 360 was worth to sell, it was worth $55. I finally went into the store to ask, and they offered me $10 for it since I forgot the battery, when I went to go get the battery they said that I would receive $20 for it, yet when I looked at the area where the trade ins were being sold, they were selling the xbox 360 game consoles for $129 dollars. I then proceed to sell 2 games which were new, and ones that I did not open, Game stop offered me $10 for one of them, and 99 cents for the other game. There response: "These games aren't worth that much." Yet they were selling those exact games in the store for 40 dollars each. I've heard stories about people taking in games to Game Stop, and only getting a few dollars for them. Never sell anything at Game Stop. These guys are really cheap. Don't go to these stores unless you desperately need something. I wish I could give this place zero stars. read more
